Mitch was awesome from the second he came in he took care of everything quickly and was honest about what needed to be done to solve our problem. He came right after we called on a Saturday no hesitation no waiting. Helped us out a great deal and we are so grateful! We will definitely be recommending.

Ryan replaced my water heater and installed a pressure regulator and did a fantastic job! Ryan was very nice, thorough and professional and I am very happy with the installation of both. Everyone I spoke to within the company is very nice and helpful and the best part of getting all this great service is that their price was the best AND they offer the best warranty - parts AND labor - for that price. Caliente is now my go to for any plumbing needs.

Had them go give me an estimate on a kitchen remodel and water heater serviced. They were there 10 minutes took 6 pictures told me water heater was no good (no power in the unit so don’t know how he could tell me it was not working). Told me I would get estimates for kitchen yet they never measured anything but were quick to ask for the $89 trip charge and I got a joke for an estimate. I asked for a detailed estimate for insurance and they sent me just 19500$ (written like that) saying installation consisted of putting contractor grade cabinets to fit kitchen. Also, drywall, tape and float, texture, and paint without quoting size dimensions or anything. Also, they asked for 3350$ for water heater installation. What a joke the insurance laugh at the quote they sent me. Called office yesterday to get new quote and they promised new one by days end yesterday and here we are with nothing to show. Will never use again. Guess they make their money by charging their service call of $89 per trip. Rip off don’t waste your time with them.

Juan was the technical that showed up to fix my bathroom issue. I have to say his attention to detail and patience with me is to be commended. He took care to explain my options and cost along the way. He took the time to show me what he was doing. By Juan taking the time to show me, I will be able to see if I am having problems in the future and will be able to identify them. The most important thing to me was that I did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like he was trying to sell me something.

Great work, very professional and thoroughly explained in a language that was understandable to what was damaged in our home.

You can tell the difference in what a professional does on a completed job. The chalking is one thing I noticed and peace of mind that the job is done right.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

Juan installed a new garbage disposal at my elderly parents home. He was able to work us in to his schedule on the same day. This was very much appreciated.
