I would NOT recommend this company. This past year I bought a water heater maintenance agreement. The agreement stated they would check water pressure and flush the water heater twice during the year. They came out in December 2017 and August 2018. My water heater burst on November 27, 2018. I bought this agreement specifically to avoid this problem. The plumber who came to replace (NOT Guarantee Plumbing) showed us pictures of how the water heater had been leaking for quite some time. It was pretty bad. There was even duct work that wasn't placed correctly. They also told us our water pressure was high. The plumber from Guarantee Plumbing never told us there was a leak or even that there were problems with the pressure! What a waste of money! This same plumber came out because I was having problems with the shower head, it was making a loud noise when turned on. All he did was turn on the shower and said it needed to be replaced. I paid him for coming down and he lost the check. He didn't even give me a receipt. The office however did bill me and I had to put a stop payment on the check originally given to plumber. I am extremely upset at the incompetence. There is no pride in their work, the company obviously doesn't care who they hire. The reason we got the maintenance agreement was so that it was maintained properly. They failed us in that regard. Needless to say, I will not be using Guarantee Plumbing services ever again. The service agreement is a joke. I have lost confidence and trust in the company.By the way, the only reason they get one star is their receptionist who answers the phone. She is really good at her job.Deeply disappointed.

I've used Bryco three times now, and I am very happy with their service, professionalism, and prices. I had a leak at the street they repaired, I had them replace a water heater, and they cleared a plugged drain and replaced a hose bib. They called before arriving. They worked to fit me in for non-emergency stuff. Their pricing was very competitive.

He came and unclogged my toilet that my 2yr old through a bunch of toys down and also fixed the sink drainage issue. Which he troubleshot and found out that the AC drain vent was running through my upstairs bathroom which was like gel. It caused for my sink to drain very slowly. Fixed all this expeditiously and for a very great price! Would recommend and will continue to use!

Very professional service by the serviceman that came out today but wow...way too expensive for a 50 gallon water heater and installation. $2,250.00. No way Jose, I can buy it cheaper and have someone put it in for me. Crazy prices...I would recommend someone else for this kind of job.

So glad we called Legend Plumbing!! Renee was so friendly and helpful while figuring out everything and scheduling the service, then they came and fixed our drain issue so quickly. They are very friendly and their price was very fair. We will certainly use Legend Plumbing again.

After 4 good experiences, Mr. Torres himself showed up. Apparently felt I was a customer who'd asked for and gotten too many discounts. Had a rental house with multiple issues (his words AFTER the $1290 repair). After demolishing the roof in the entry foyer, he repaired a shower & drain leak but never mentioned or suggested the shower would still be unusable. When my 11 year old showered the next morning, the same water leak ensued. His comment: I repaired the plumbing part! Is it too much to expect that a plumber espousing Almighty principles would have advised no plumbing work until other issues ruled out? Apparently not! He yelled that he has costs to cover, license, malpractice insurance, etc. #NeverUseAlmightyPlumbingAgain!

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

Upon calling First Aid Plumbing, they arrived at my home in an hour, and had my water heater replaced. No more water leaking on my fairly new floor. Outstanding service.
