Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.I've used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature). I would definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing needs you have.

My experience with All Pro was AMAZING! There are multiple problems going on with our plumbing, lately. Naturally, that meant I've had MANY questions! Aaron Saenz, was able to get here earlier than expected, which was a GREAT thing, because the work ended up taking all day. Also, no matter how much I've asked, and hovered (out of curiosity for how everything works and concern for what was wrong), Aaron was SO, incredibly patient!He answered ALL of my questions, explained everything to me in great detail, and was never bothered by my preference to witness the process of almost every step. He has done everything in his power to ensure that things are getting done CORRECTLY and carefully, while helping us get the best possible pricing, we can.Aaron and his partner on-site, Jose were VERY knowledgeable and have performed QUALITY work, here at our home. Frank and Diego were very helpful and friendly. I just moved in and they gave me an estimate to put a gas line into my laundry room. When they were done, they took me on a tour of my house/property and showed me shut-off valves and what to do if something is leaking! And then they moved two heavy boxes for me! They were amazing!

Shout out to BigCity Plumbing. We had a leak in our bathroom a couple of days ago and had to get somebody over here to check it out. Peter and Tye from Big City Plumbing came over and were professional, humble, quick, and did everything to standard. They took the time to hear me out as I explained to them what was going on. Shortly afterwards, they started running different checks and test on what they thought the problem could be and took the time to explain to me what they were doing, what they were looking for, and why. Within a couple of minutes they were able to identify the problem and had it fixed quickly. Their prices were reasonable and left me with a 90 Day Warranty. If you’re in need for plumbing services I highly recommend these guys. ??

I turned to Schmidt after a poor experience with another vendor; I was frustrated and apprehensive of potentially experiencing another headache, but was not only wrong, but gained the trust of a company I know I can turn to with all future issues with my AC. The issue we experienced was not a typical commonly seen problem so this repair required several days and several different repairs, yet each time the Tech came to my house I was given honest feedback and explanations that allowed me to better understand why there seem to be such a struggle with fixing the AC. Regardless, after this experience I know that when we have any issues I can turn to Schmidt and I know I will receive top of the line honest service.

We had a problem with an outlet for our refrigerator .They told us that they need to install a special breaker for the refrigerator. They did that and charged us $581 for the job .The technician connected the Freezer, and the breaker did not work. The technician told us that it was a problem with the refrigerator .We Samsung for service and they told us that freezers should not be connected to an outlet with an integrated breaker. They connect it to a regular outlet, and it work .Samsung people told us that any qualified electrician will know that .I call the main office to ask for a adjustment on the charge .A person respond ed my call saying that need to talk to his supervisor .Every time I called they told me the same during one month.I think this company has no qualified technicians and do unnecessary services taking advantage of the goodwill of the customers.

Seth came out to give an estimate for duct cleaning and upon his review he determined there was no need for duct cleaning and suggested minor things to do to clean vents. He further inspected the AC unit and found no issues. Seth was transparent and educational. I very much appreciate his honesty. Will be using them from now on.

Pliers were professional! I advised a way to connect the lines but the plumber was quick to tell me the negative reason why my idea was wrong. Due to the existong pipes and set up, the plumbers were able to figure out the correct way to install the lines. He and his other helper installed the deep sink professionally! They even had to leave to obtain the right parts for the job. They cleaned up afterwards. The price I was charged beat all the other companies I called by approx. $850.00 dollars. I'd recommend Harold's to my family. Side note - Ask to see Harold's vintage hot rod Nice!!
