Horrible Value. Though they were able to respond in a reasonable amount of time their pricing was so high that it was insulting. They tried to charge me $750 to snake a kitchen drain line. UNBELIEVABLE

In 2020 i had an issue they fixed i paid over 13k for new pipes than it became an issue again. They came out & fixed it free because of a 5 year warrenty. This is the MOST HONEST, CARING & TRUSTED COMPANY. Dont use anyone but 1st call Plumbing. They are top quality contractors ♥️ They kept theyre word ?

Aaron Taylor is a fantastic Technician! He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He has an excellent work ethic as displayed while he was at my home. Aaron explained what he was doing all along the way which made me feel at ease. I always have lots of questions & he was patient & answered them all. He made some great recommendations for other plumbing needs. My plumbing issue was resolved in a timely manner. Quality work is definitely important but customer service is equally important. Called Aramendia to troubleshoot our water heater. Guys were super responsive. Did arrive late cause they were finishing up another job. But their front office did call and gave me the heads up of them running late though, so can't complain them for that. When they arrived, they were able to troubleshoot fairly quickly and they were very professional and extremely resourceful with questions we had. They were also very honest about the brand we were using for our water heater tank, which was not a good brand. I validated through online reviews of the brand and saw they were being completely honest. Bradford White is the brand we previously had and broke down 5 years into having it. Which is bad since water heater tanks average life span is 8-12 years. One nice thing is they were able to offer us a wide variety of financing options that were really appealing. Any thing plumbing or AC-related is expensive, so hearing about their leasing and financing options was really helpful since we had to buy a brand new AC a couple months ago. The job overall took a few hours, but hauling a 40 Gallon tank into an upstairs attic is not an easy job. Overall, Joe and David from Aramendia were really great to work with and helped put me at ease by finding eligible discounts and a way to meet me in the middle financially. They also gave me some tips and pointers water tank maintenance.

Alex from Radiant was great. Friendly and professional and informative. Took detailed pictures and walked me through what was going on and what could be done to fix it. Provided multiple options and promptly completed the needed work. I recommend requesting Alex Rymers if using radiant!

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

We had a plumbing issue and called Shafer for an appointment. They were very courteous and were able to send someone the same day. Franc was able to come out earlier than our scheduled appointment time. He was very professional and thorough. They explained the process and was able to quickly fix our plumbing issue!

A guy named Toby came out and took a total of 6 minutes to change out an expansion valve coupler. No leak was present. I asked about military discount and they stated it depends on the cost to repair. This company advertised military discount on website not MILITARY DISCOUNT DEPENDS ON PRICE. Horrible experience with Toby and he stated that if we want to close on house needs to be done by licenced plumber. He charged a total of 386 dollars. I am furious of the dollar amount Over Priced and that they falsely advertise Military Discount and they don't honor it.
