We called late this evening to get help with our water heater pipes. Joe showed up within a hour, helped fixed our problem and gave us the 411 on plumbing! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company for more plumbing fixes!

Great technicians all around! Troy is a wealth of knowledge! Experienced technicians who know how to diagnose the AC system in and out and, better yet, explain it in plain English too! I'm glad I got their maintenance plan. Service contracts and repair services are a bit pricey though (its why I took off one star), but hey...you get what you pay for. With these guys you definitely get what you pay for.Had him work on my AC for the 2nd time. Gives it to me straight, the good, the bad and the ugly and always leaves me with options on which path to take. Now the prices are fairly high but you get what you pay for in this industry.

The tech, Orlando was very knowledgeable and professional. He was earlier then expected and that was very much appreciated. He took the time to explain the equipment and process. His assistant Shawn was very helpful too. He was a real asset to Orlando and was also very knowledgeable. This company was recommended to me by a friend that used them and I was very satisfied and pleased with their service and their friendly technicians. I will recommend them to my friends.

Brandon and Pete did an excellent job on the repair of the pipes in my shower. They handled what could have been a fiasco in an excellent professional manner. Very responsive and communicated all information up front. I highly recommend them!

Service Technician was great, helpful and knowledgeable. The company charged me for repair work that should have been under warranty for installation of faulty equipment. Again, technician’s hand were tied in this issue and he was very respectful and patient in explaining the bill.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
