The service technician was courteous and followed all safety protocols. When we agreed on the price for the service, the technician promptly started to work on my drain problems. It took several different technics to resolve the problem. I was very satisfied with the results. Great job!!

If Zero Stars were possible.....These guys are out to scam you! They came to give my father-in-law a quote on replacing two bathroom sink faucets. The faucets were already purchased. Their initial quote was $625!!!! $625!!!! to install two bathroom sink faucets. Then after my father-in-law said no to that, they offered to drop the price to $525. When he balked at that they left, went and sat in their vehicle for about 30 minutes, then came back and said they had authorization to reduce the price to $375. WORSE YET... when he still said no they demanded $20 for the estimate! Uh... they could have saved themselves a trip by being able to estimate the cost of a sink replacement over the phone. I can't believe how they would try and take advantage of someone this way, it's despicable.

Emailed company on Angie's List giving specific details of the work I wanted done. The general manager emailed me back and said it would be a few hundred dollars and that a exact quote would be $40. Had them come out to quote me well over less 10% for discount using AL. $575 is more that a few hundred dollars to me. Called another company that did the work a few hundred dollars, was much more professional and friendly than Will's plumber. Buyer beware for bait and switch tactics and a general manager giving quotes that probably isn't from a plumber. More like an office manager. Was very happy with the work the other company did and the price I paid for it. And their quote was their price which was a few hundred dollars in my opinion.

My Hot water Heater suddenly stoped working. After being mistreated by Armedia and told I could make monthly payments to them for 10 years, good Grief! ? (True statement) I called several others and was blessed enough to find Peoples Choice,i immediately liked David! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and came right over to check out the situation, and it was a sunday. I had the pleasure of meeting Davids lovely wife B,loved them both! She was a joy to chat with while David worked away to locate the problem. I needed a new hot water heater. Thier price was a fair price. David came right away on monday morning and had a new one installed in a jiffy. His work was impeccable,clean and neat just the way i like it. I highly reccomend and if i need any additional plumbing i will be calling them! Bravo to an Honest company and fantastic people. I would like to thank Aramendia for stepping up on the repairs needed on my Less than two year old HVAC that they did not install. Ryan and Vicente went above and beyond to insure the unit was running properly and when to the manufacturer to get the parts needed. I would also like to thank Micheal Foster for showing us how to setup the thermostat and ensuing that the unit was working properly. 8/3/21 10:12 AM:We had a pipe break in the night and this place said they provided 24 hour service. We called and they said they could not come until 8 am, and by this time I had already turned the water off and it was almost mid-night so I reluctantly agreed. The plumber did not show up until almost 10 am and told me that it was not a pipe but a valve just needed to be replaced. He quoted me $287 to replace the valve. The valve was $8 and easily accessed, the work would have taken less approximately 15-30 minutes (Plumbers numbers). So I questioned the price. I told him that $100 to $150 seemed more reasonable for less than an hours work and a cheap part including the overhead costs for coming to my home. Keep in mind the visit cost $60 regardless to cover OH and the other $40 to $90 would cover the part and labor. He then chose to debate it with me so I told him thank you but not thank you. He continued to want to argue about it until I told him to quit arguing and leave.Update 8/3/21 11:20 AMI decided to take the compression valve off the copper tube to take to Lowes to get a replacement. When I took it off it looked in great condition so I just took off the old plumbers tape and put new tape on it and re-installed it. It took 10 minutes top with most of that getting my tool bag from the shed. This company was going to charge me $287 to re-tape and tighten a compression valve.
