Best Clean Up in San Antonio TX

Tony was a godsend! I went back and forth with my landlord before finally making the call myself to find a plumber. I chose American Auger based on its proximity to my house. I made the call on a Friday after 4pm just hoping against hope I could get someone out when my sewer system started backing up into my tubs and shower. He told me he could be here in an hour. He showed up within the given time and was able to clear my clog quickly, ensuring my children and I would have working plumbing before the weekend. I give a million thanks and would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this company!

Joe did a wonderful job of explaining to me the problem and how he was going to fix it. He was very professional and cordial. I would certainly recommend him to neighbors. My only complaint is your are held hostage not knowing the fees and costs until the arrive. Well you do know there is a $30 service fee. I find this unacceptable and overpriced.

Easily score 5 stars for me! They are knowledgeable about their work. They are pleasant, friendly and clean after themselves after the installation of a rotten disposal they removed it with patience and clean around the area . I’d recommend them to anybody. You will not regret their services. One day installation.

We are very happy with the service and professionalism provided by the Will’s plumbing crew. Marc & Joseph came out and provided us with a water heater quote. They provided us with many options. Susan and Sam at the office provided great customer service as we completed the service agreement. Marc & Joseph then returned to install. The entire team did an excellent job in providing service.

Our AC stopped cooling. Radiant was called that evening and by 8am the next morning they were at our door to fix it. Adam Silverman was our technician and he was amazing, friendly, very knowledge. He had our AC working within 30 minutes!! We are so thankful for Adam and Radiant. I would highly recommend them!! We have used many different HVAC companies in the past 20 years and Radiant has by far been our best experience!!!

The best plumber ever......

Holy Moly! They squeezed me in and fixed my issue in half the time at half the cost from a competitor! George fixed my screw up on a light switch and actually prevented me from burning my brand new studio down! He did a phenomenal job in the heat and fixed it right the first time! I’m totally impressed with Evenflow electrical and will certainly use them again.

Josh is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain how your system is currently operating as well as options to increase the efficiency of your system. The entire staff has been amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Great customer service and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend this service!

The technician, I believe, made an extra effort to arrive and solve our water heater issue as early as possible so we could go to a doctor appointment. All went on schedule.

Called them on Monday 9/7/21, and was told a tech would call me. A few minutes later a tech called me, and sId they would be out on 9/8/21 in the morning. 9/8 came around, and no one called, or showed up. I called around 100 pm to see if they were coming out, and was told they would call me back. So far nothing. Just going to use another company. Luckily I have a non emergency garage disposal leak, but if it were a plumbing emergency I'm sure I would get the same outcome. If they can't even show up when they say they will, I'm sure their service is equally unreliable.
