Because of the great Texas freeze this week we had a pipe burst in our wall on Monday. We were able to call Alamo plumbing solutions on Friday and Santiago came out the very next day. he and his partner were both very kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional and were able to get our pipe fixed and water restored in under 2 hours!!! i will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Santiago personally. i will now request them specifically for all of my future plumbing needs!

This person Pedro came highly recommend to us, I called and he answered promptly and was willing to drive to Round Rock from San Antonio to help with are problem. The original phone call was about our plumbing issues in our garage, he called back with a price of the service we accepted, then later that day the guys that was doing some other work on our house broke the main water line. We called Pedro back and ask if he could fix that for us also he said yes. Fixed the water line did a scope for the plumbing in the garage and charged us over $2200 yes $2200 to fix the main water line and scope the other problem. When I spoke to him about this he said he was only coming to look at the plumbing problem use the camera and then give us an estimate. That's not what we discussed on the phone. Why would I ask someone to come from San Antonio to Round Rock for an estimate? I truly feel like we got hoodwinked on this. I do not recommend Pedro or this company to anyone!

I located a faulty installed and corroded pipe in our basement, with black mold around it. Because it was located in a very tricky and hard to reach area, I contacted Legend Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon. They took down my info and called me back right away. Greg and Jesse showed up within 24 hours to review, and ultimately service and replace the pipe. They were polite, professional, wore masks and foot booties, and had the project completed within 90 minutes. I would recommend Legend Plumbing happily, and will be contacting them again as my go-to for any future projects.

Dakota and Mason from Anchor Plumbing, were very courteous, professional, on time and explained everything that needed to be done to rectify the upstairs clogged toilet. Anchor Plumbing is very reasonably priced and took care of my upstairs clogged toilet/drain issue. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

This review is about the customer service only. I cannot attest to their work.Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business.

Jose from Ak plumbing services fixed my water heater and did great job ! I called another place and they said I needed a new water heater. And I couldn’t afford it. So I called Ak plumbing services that I found on the next door app. And they fix my water heater by changing out a few different parts, over half the cost!! of a new water heater. If I could give Old South Texas Plumbing ten stars I would. I went through MANY “master plumbers” in an effort to fix the yard leak I had outside in my front yard. Many plumbers including SAWS came to my home to check the leak. The most they found was the leak did not belong to me. Nothing else, no one wanted to investigate. Maybe 1/5 plumbers told me they would charge 1000 to fix, without any idea how or telling me exactly what was wrong. For two weeks I had this huge puddle growing. I was out of hope , then I was given Michaels number. I was skeptical to call at first because I was afraid to hear the same thing … “ it’s not your leak “.. without anyone finding a solution for me. God must have sent Michael and O.S.T to me because as soon as he heard my situation, he assured me he would find a solution for me, AND HE DID! From the moment he arrived, he assessed the problem. It wasn’t easy but he got it fixed !!! Thank you! Forever grateful, thank you for making me feel comfortable. A lot of plumbers take advantage of women and people who know nothing about plumbing.
