We had flooring installed and Mai Vu was responsible for removing the toilet and reinstalling once the floors were completed in the bathroom. Service was Top Notch and professional! They were in constant contact with me (without me having to reach out to them) throughout the process and even provided me with answers to questions I had for disconnecting my refrigerator, which had nothing to do with their task for my project. I installed a water heater, unfortunately, when i went to plug it into the outlet the power went out. So I left it alone and told my wife to call a plumber for the following day. The plumbers (1st Call plumbinh) she called told her a new water heater would be needed because the one i installed would not work. My wife said the plumbers did not look at the heater and quoted her $3200 for installment of a new water heater and some other repairs. We felt they were trying to take advantage of the situation.So i contacted Anchor Plumbing via FB and immediately responded. They went the following day and said the wiring was not tight enough and caused the power outage. They fixed the wiring and installed a thermal expansiontank and pressure valve st a readonable price. Felt like they were honest and they did a great job. Thank you.

Above company came out on June 25th when it was about 102 degrees. The technician told me I needed a new AC evaporator and Condenser which would be $8500. I have 3-kids at home and I felt pressured to get a new compressor, so that we wouldn’t have to be miserable with no AC. I decided to wait and the next day called a smaller company Mark Shaw. He immediately suggested a fan and my AC came back on. Now I’ll buy an American Homeshield Warranty and this will give me time for a warranty to kick in in case I do need a compressor. Will Fix It, left my 3-kids and 2-dogs in a miserable state with NO AC. It seemed they were more interested in making a BIG $ale! I paid $625 for the new fan and not the $8500.

We have been using Texas Plumbing Diagnostics for almost 10 years now and have found one thing to be true. Over the many years of having members of their service team in our home we have always found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. When the job is finished no mess for me to clean up. Same day service is not unusual and their rates are reasonable as well...not to mention how wonderful the office staff has been while setting an appointment for service or communicating arrival tme.
