Best Air Conditioning Replacement in San Antonio TX

We just had our water heater replaced and we are very pleased with the whole experience from beginning to end. Coby and Cory were excellent! They were courteous, knowledgeable, competent and professional. Their attention to detail was noticeable and much appreciated. Coby found several other issues and took quick action to address them and keep the project moving along. He identified an electrical issue early on and immediately called an electrician who showed up in short order. The electrician (David), who was also very competent, courteous and professional, worked to isolate and correct the problem while coordinating with Coby and Cory to keep their work progressing. Cory did a good job explaining things throughout the process and always gave me options on how to address each issue. This is our first time using 1st Call Plumbing and we will definitely use them again if the need arises.

We contacted this company in the later afternoon and they had a technician (Mario) out to us in a couple of hours. When he arrived, Mario was very professional and friendly. He took his time explaining what was wrong and gave us a wide range of options to fix the issues. He did not try to oversell us at all and was very efficient and effective. I will definitely be going through them again!

Alex the Plumber was great, very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing on the other hand seemed out of line, packages varied from $1800 to $700 to replace a PVR. Approximately a two hour job and if I had the time would have done it myself. Quality of work and quick response is what made me consider using them.

They were very professional. I received texts confirming my appointment, sent a picture of the service representative, and let me know when he would be there. He fixed a leak and the pressure valve on the water line to the house and checked out my water softener, which turned out has reached the end of its life. All my options were fully explained and multiple options were provided. I did not feel I was being “sold” on anything. I would highly recommend Caliente if you have a plumbing need.

Would not recommend this company. I needed my gas line checked so that I could pass a city inspection. They detected a leak and said they would have to go back to the shop to get the parts. They return about 45 minutes later and make the repair. The line is tested again and there is still a leak. They aren't finding the leak anywhere so they advise they will have to tear out holes in the kitchen and remove cabinets and countertops away from the wall. After doing so they still can't locate the leak. Then they tell me they can just replace the entire gas line instead for $2,600 since they cant find the leak. Knowing that this amount is absurd I just tell them to stop whatever they are doing. So they then give me a bill for $850, even though they were not able to solve my problem. I guess Guarantee Plumbing means that they Guarantee they won't fix your problem, but still charge you for it.

Christopher Posada and Elijah did an incredible job of replacing our water heater and replacing the PRV valve. They did a very thorough consultation and discussed all costs before the work was performed. Once they started it was quick and very efficiently done. Definitely recommend this company.

Had some A/C issues late afternoon on a Friday. My wife called in a request for a tech to come out. Within 2 hours they arrived. Jaime was very professional and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what options I had. He was able to get my A/C back up and running in no time. DO NOT use this company. If you do, you will regret it!!!! Their customer service and assistance after the sale is completely unacceptable. It’s been 8 months since I replace my entire AC system and I am still fighting to get them to assist me with correcting their mistake. They filed a CPS rebate incorrectly and is costing me hundreds of dollars.Their administrative staff displays a total lack of concern and cover for each other. Managers are ALWAYS in a meeting no matter the time of day, they will never return your calls, and they will ignore your emails.I just filed a BBB complaint based on this situation. Do yourself a favor and choose another company. It will be worth thousands in peace of mind. I guarantee it.

Although financially more then expected the honesty and explanation shows there is no price on quality. Veterans service rewarded with discount.
