The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

I discovered we had old leaky galvanized pipe between our meter and main shut off. One week of water usage was at $149. Not good. I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing (along with about five other companies) and he said he would be here in one hour. Another company showed up just before him and proposed a two day project (which would have left us without water for all that time. Andy, at Plumb Crazy looked over the job and came up with a fast effective solution to fully replace the main water line in one day. I hired him on the spot. And then he delivered, on time and with good quality. They even cleaned up the mess I made digging up the leak to do a temporary repair. That was above and beyond what they were hired for. I highly recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbers.

I had an issue with my ac and was referred to Performance. I set up an appointment and was sent a tech to take care of the issue. Your tech was personable and polite. I unfortunately can not rate their quality of work because I never got any. I called about a flooded bathroom and was told someone would call me back. 1/2 hour later I called to see what the approximate wait time was and was told the message was sent and they are probably on a job....that was fine also, I'm pretty understanding. Around 2 hours later, still nothing ! Now THAT I have no understanding for! I called and canceled the no show service. The person I spoke to was very nice and apologetic though. They say everything happens for a reason. Emergency is fixed and I was extremely pleased and reasonably charged. This for sure was not the way to handle a customer. One simple phone call is all it would of took.

Justin was impeccable at his job! I hired Clog Kings because Justin did the plumbing work for my niece on two bathroom remodel jobs. So I was referred to him by her. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, detailed, so clean, and did whatever was needed to make the job as pain free for me, as the client, as possible. I wouldn’t use anyone else other than Clog Kings to do any plumbing job in the future! Justin installed a water pump, fixed a rocky toilet, installed a garbage disposal, and prepped a walk-in shower install at a price affordable for me.
