Best Clogged Drain in Saint Petersburg FL

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I had the best customer service experience today from Troy. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was going wrong and made great suggestions and even made sure that I was 100% satisfied with his work. Romo, Malone, and the whole team were super kind and responsive to help me with a plumbing issue in a house I purchased recently. I used the company for backflow meter inspection. Ryan was timely, did a great job, and was very professional and friendly. The pricing is probably not the cheapest but I believe competitive and was able to be scheduled in within a few days of contact. I have used the company before for a plumbing emergency and was extremely satisfied with the service and prompt repair. Overall the company and service has been an A+. I will use in future for all plumbing needs.

What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

Had a sewer line backup at our vacation home, read the reviews and decided to go with Plumbing by Paul. He treated us like family even when we weren’t there and did an outstanding job. They the only one of three plumbing companies who where able to fix the problem which as I understand wasn’t all that difficult! Ric was on time and thorough. We had kind of an emergency situation. Lamar and crew saved the day. It is not easy replacing an AC in August but they did it! He was honest, informed and professional. Very happy with this service.

Save the call and call another plumber. Don't trust the repair price they quote you. They tried to charge 2 times as much as I was quoted. Their reason was that they sent 2 plumbers a 2nd time because the first plumber got the snake stuck in the pipe. We subsequently found out that the snake made a U turn and came out the pipe on the roof. Most of the snake was exposed with the end digging in the ground. Took trips to clear the clog. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. if you decide to just remember. Some of us told you!!
