They responded quickly and got the job done, but they're very expensive. They charge by the job, not by the hour, and after a 40 minute visit (they sent 2 guys) to fix a toilet leak and unclog a sink drain, we had a $350 bill.

Plumbing by Paul did a complete renovation project for me in St Petersburg - spring 2022. My husband and I bought an old house in town in 2014 and it was finally time to give it an overhaul.

I booked the estimate with Missy in the office . Johan came out to look at our job and provide the estimate. He also was on site to complete all of the work.

We gutted our bathroom and moved the toilet and shower. We also added a half bath and gutted the kitchen too. Johan installed all of the new plumbing including two toilets, two vanities, a shower, kitchen sink, gas stove, ice maker for our refrigerator, dishwasher and helped in getting our hot water heater up to code. He also changed out the old water spigots we had outside.

All in all we had a great experience with Plumbing by Paul. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to refer them. Their pricing is also fair and reasonable and the office is organized!

During a time where many trades are overwhelmed, overpricing and overscheduling themselves it was a joy to work with Missy in the office and Johan in the field to get our project completed. Very happy with the prompt service. The service pro Konstantin P. was the best, he accessed my water heater problem and we decided that it was time for the 9 year old rusted out heater to go. The area that had to be worked in was very tight and Konstantin was very patient. I would give six stars if I could. I will use McGill for any future plumbing needs and will request Konstantin to do the work.

We had kind of an emergency situation. Lamar and crew saved the day. It is not easy replacing an AC in August but they did it! He was honest, informed and professional. Very happy with this service.
