Called and was told 6 different times of day that someone for my emergency service would call and be there but no call no show is what I got. I finally cancelled the call and went with another company. I have never personally given a bad review until now for any company.

They show up when they say they are going to show up and they get the job done correctly the first time.

Amazing service by an amazing company !

I’ve been using Performance AC for the last couple of years for AC and Plumbing. They have always been great. This time my plumbing backed up and Austin came out to fix it for me. Not only he got the job done quickly, he also did a diagnostic to show me why my plumbing backs up once in a while and a possible solution. Also, everyone I have ever talked to at Performance AC is so polite and pleasant. I highly recommend their service should you ever need it.

Justin came out in a emergency back up in our house a day before i gave birth to find the issue. He came back the next day to fix it while i was in labor at the hospital and got the job done before i came home . We are Incredibly Satisfied with the service provided by the plumber and office. His discounted rates r the best.

From the beginning Bonnie was awesome! Got new on the schedule the very next day! Cleanord came out to my home this morning. He was very polite and professional. Was here for almost half a day and steadily worked on our plumbing issues. We made jokes and he was great. Finished job looks amazing and I'm so happy with the work done! Thanks Cleanord! Forest time using CW Plumbing but won't be the last. Check out the photos from before and afterwards! Now it's time for me to re-caulk lol. There was water pouring from this faucet valve the day before. Straight out of a movie lol.

Charles did an amazing job. Within an hour he corrected what two different plumbing companies could not. He has helped me at my home and office, he is a pro! I will be calling in the future.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Awesome experience all around. Had a pipe burst under my shower Saturday morning. They recommended a leak detector, and after he pinpointed the leak, they came out. Did a walk through gave me some options and I opted for a repipe (old house with original pipes). Estimate was spot on, they did minimal damage to to walls. Nice guys and they even cancelled a commercial job they had lined up to make sure my job was done. I'd call them again, but they did such a good job I doubt I'll need too. Don't hesitate to call, especially in an emergency, they are honest, upfront and do solid work.

Schedule an appointment with them over the phone (received a confirmation text as well) and they never showed up. I didn't even receive a call.

We were so grateful to finally find plumbers that were professional, knew what they were doing, and did great work. Thanks so much Doug and Lewis. We'll be calling again in the future.

My second appointment with Performance went well. Garrett, the Tech that performed my service, was the type of employee that I want coming to my house. He was professional, communicative, goods listener and had an attention to detail to make sure my problem was fixed.I would definitely want him again.

Joe did routine maintenance on my AC system. He was very thorough and found more than $1000 in possible repairs. I chose to have only one done- he replaced a low functioning capacitor which cost me just over $200. Joe took lots of photos and gave me a detailed written list of future repairs I might need.

Switched from well water to municipal system and installed new water purification system. Work was done on a timely and professional manner. Pleased with installer and the Company. Will recommend.
