Best Water Line Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

I want to say thank you to Sunny for guiding me through an issue without the need for him to come to my house. I called them to fix my running toilet, only that the toilet was still running. I called them back and they wanted to charge me again for something they failed to fix the first time. They want to charge me $450 because today is Saturday and $350 if I could wait until next week. JUST TO FIX A RUNNING TOILET!
BEWARE they have an answering service, so you do not get neither a person that can help you right away nor someone that can give you an appoitment time. I basically paid $115 for a new handle...THAT IS ROBBERY!! NOT ONLY THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT ALSO DEAD BEAT PLUMBERS.

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I want to thank him for checking everything and left nothing unturned. Happy I choose this company and will choose Austin again

I called Romo's Plumbing for some plumbing services today. From my first call and through the entire process, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The women that answered my call, and took down my details, had great customer service skills, and made my call feel welcomed. Romo called me shortly thereafter, to confirm my details of my needs, he was very customer focused and friendly, he gave me a estimated price for diagnosis, and a technician was out within a few hours to assess my needs. Zach was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of his assessment and recommended a plan of action.. The cost was fair and everything was done super quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Customer service was excellent. They made me feel like a family member and not just a customer or client.

This was a fantastic company, we had an emergency with a drain that required immediate attention and this was the most responsive quick service that also held a quality standard. Very prompt and courteous service! I called for a quote and had a plumber out the same day to assess what work needed to be done. Ryan was honest and upfront about the job. He provided an accurate estimate, and completed the work quickly and accurately. Ryan does great work and is very easy to talk to. I will definitely use them again!

Overall, a disappointing service with this local plumber in St Pete. I should have known when my first experience was a missed appointment for an estimate which had to be rescheduled. Okay, no big deal. Things happen... but the experience didn’t get a whole lot better from there. The 2 stars is earned from completing a tankless water heater in my bathroom, we have hot water as requested there. But unfortunately, when asked to replace the tankless in the kitchen, because after replacing the one in the bathroom, now the separate tankless unit in the kitchen wasn’t working as it had before... we had less success. The plumber installed the second new unit in the kitchen, but we still couldn’t get hot water. It was explained that perhaps we have some crossed water lines, so I paid for both jobs already completed, and called for a new estimate to figure out why I still can’t get hot water in the kitchen.
On that 4th appt, we got no help or support and instead the plumber just defended the work completed and didn’t try any solutions to help. We barely got any kind of estimate to dive deeper into the problem. It then become apparent some basic mistakes were made throughout the initial services.
In closing, had i received a call back from the owner or manager as I requested after an unsatisfactory appointment, we could have discussed the work completed, but there seemed to be no concern from management about a disappointed customer.
If you need a plumber, I’d make another call before trying this company.

I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

I had talked to 4 other companies before contacting your company, Performance Air.I wanted the ductless systems installed in our home because of all the study I have done over the past two years. The other 4 companies said they could install the ductless system, but they really thought that the standard system with duct work would be cheaper and better.After talking to these other contractors, I felt they had little or no experience with the ductless air systems.From the first phone call to your office the experience has been exceptional.I talked with your lady Gloria. She was very thorough by asking me several questions that no other companies asked. She should be complemented on her performance. She is a valuable asset.Then I met with your salesman, Ben. He was the first salesman I talked to that knew about the ductless system. He is very knowledgeable of these systems. He listened very carefully, walked through our home explaining details of what we would receive and how it would look. Ben knew what he was talking about and I knew I could trust him and what he said. Another valuable asset.Jeremy, Buddy and all your men were exceptionally great. I have been a contractor for most of my life repairing problems created by other contractors. With this said I am very critical of other people working on our home.Jeremey and crew are extremely polite, worked very hard, and kept everything cleaned up as the worked progressed. My wife and I admire these men for their knowledge and performance. This crew knew what they were doing and did their job perfectly. Being a contractor myself, I know how hard it is to find great employees that are this dedicated to quality and customers like these men. I complement them and your company. I do not know how much you pay them, but they to are very valuable to you as well.With all this said I would love to tell anyone how GREAT your company is.
