Best Water Treatment System in Saint Petersburg FL

I had a dishwasher removed the previous day and the man told me the way it had been installed I needed a plumber to finish the job. Called Slaughter and they were here next morning 15 minutes early. They redid the pipe under kitchen sink and then I asked if he would look at my bathroom sink. He adjusted the popup assembly and now it works fine. Connor & Jamie are a great team. Pleasant, professional, got the job done and out the door. Couldn't ask for anything better. To me price was reasonable for two men, a truck and a service call. Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Saturday night water leak - shut off the main at the street - now what?Called several places early Sunday morning expecting the worst. Googled plumbers, first two were voice mails - third in line was Midway Services - Midway had a live person who took all my info and within a few minutes I received a call from the plumber (Bill) who came quickly, fixed the problem, gave me a new solution for the main shut off - and generally made my plumbing life much easier. He write up several options for my troubles and I was happy to find out there was no extra for a Sunday call - their prices were 7 day a week prices - (giant sigh of relief) I signed up for the plumbing discount warranty and will be using Bill for all my upcoming bathroom renovations. He is the best!

I have never used or even considered using Mr. Rooter until yesterday, January 26, 2019. We were replacing our hot water tank and did not want to just throw it in the dumpster. As I was removing debris I noticed a Mr. Rooter truck at the end of our parking lot. I thought that maybe Mr. Rooter (if they recycled) would want the old tank that was sitting outside. As I was getting ready to put a note on the truck I noticed the employee packing up from a job. I asked him about the tank and if Mr. Rooter would want it. His response to me was no we don't recycle but I would be more than happy to help you and will put it in my truck and haul it away. At that point he even offered help with our job if we needed it. I responded that my friend was getting ready to run to ACE Hardware to get some additional items to complete the job. He said let me finish up here and I will be right there to help. Within moments this young man showed and helped us with the problem we were having allowing us to complete our job. This young man's name is Nick Waugh and his unbelievable willingness to help us was above and beyond. He was the most respectful and personable person I have met in the service industry for quite some time. He is the reason I would use Mr. Rooter and I would definitely request Nick to be my Technician.
