The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Great experience. Had the drain line under the house cleaned out, as well as under the kitchen sink. Service was prompt and detailed. The price was actually fair for the work!

I had previously had another company do the same job about a year earlier and it was triple the price and they wanted me to sign up for a monthly subscription to reduce costs for future trips. No way would I every do that.

We had a plumbing issue where the roots seemed to be intruding into the main pipe and it caused the plumbing to back up. I called Charles and he came within a few hours and went right to work. He was honest, didn’t overcharge and was very responsive. I’ll be calling him again if we need a plumber.

Had a water leak/flooding on a Sunday afternoon and the plumber showed up in a reasonable amount of time and did an outstanding job. He not only repaired the leak but ran test to ensure there were no other leaks. Thanks Everyday Plumber!

What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

They came out on a Sunday night at 8pm in the rain to deal with our problem. Nick was great. He was here within an hour after we called , is very knowledgeable, and had no issue with going out in the rain to inspect our main line with the camera. He was up front and honest about the pricing. No extra charge for weekend or evening service. Will use this company again in the future.
