This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Received an estimate for various plumbing repairs around the house. John took his time to look at every concern we had and we did not feel he rushed us. The estimate we received was $1000 less than a previous estimate, although we decided to wait on the unnecessary repairs. I will call and request John for repairs in the future.

Our heating/ AC system expired last night. Called the best as we have used Performance Air since 2013. They have a great track record and proved it once again. Their quick and positive response allowed for a timely decision to replace a 11 year old system.within an acceptable time frame. Chris Garris ( comfort specialist) performed as a super professional. He evaluated the situation and discussed options to consider. No pressure, only information to consider in making our final decision. Once the decision was made the schedule was agreed to. This is a great medium sized company - small enough to pay attention to the customer yet big enough to have the resources to do a complex project in a timely manner. For 5 - 10 years now we've used them for mostly plumbing type issues and they did a fine job on all of them.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Tentative review-had them out twice-one to repipe the entire house and once to fix the range hood. Both times someone had to come back again to fix things done wrong the first time. Each time the second tech said oh yeah, those guys didn't know what they were doing. Please send someone who knows what they're doing the first time!
