John ( owner ) is AWESOME !!! Plumber advised having lines in house jetted to relieve troublesome blockage and backup issues. Thankfully he referred me to this company. If u ever need this service, don't even bother calling any other company. I felt instantly at ease and in an expert's hands and turns out I really was in expert hands. This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Eddie LaRue was friendly, efficient, and explained all options and best course of action for my issue.

Had a leak from 3rd floor bathroom into the kitchen. They came out same day and checked everything till they were sure it was toilet and didn't cut into my walls to look like other companies do when not needed. Replaced wax ring under toilet and leak is gone. Will use again.

Thank you Theron for being competent. I’m a homeowner in Pinellas park we had a home owners nightmare Christmas Eve. A water feed pipe blew out and drenched my newly renovated flooring and Kitchen. Thank you CW for great customer service and quoting lower than most did in our area. The leak and sealed now on to new floors.

Very pleased with a last minute Saturday morning appointment to fix a plumbing issue with frozen washer supply valves. Andrew was very responsive, pleasant, and professional. Plus he diagnosed the problem and replaced the supply valves quickly! Such a pleasant experience!

They tried to rip me off. $1700 for six hours install of a hybrid water heater. I got other quotes far less than that. $600 at another competitor, found another who could do it in under two hours for $400. Luckily I didnt give All Seasons a dime! Stay away from these crooks!

I called and set up an appointment for my twilight plumbing repapering
plumbing issues I had and things I wanted done. My appointment was easy to schedule, customer service is above and beyond. Made appointment tech Chris who is great showed up on time . We needed materials so he came back and got all he needed to do done. He had to fix prior work from a not a proficient plumbing so it was nice to see the items fixed not only correctly but above and beyond expectations. Follow up is great, work is warrantied. They are not going to be the cheapest out there but you don't want the cheapest believe me. What they give you is quality work, QUALITY AT A FAIR PRICE, THEY BACK UP THEIR WORK AND SHOW A GREAT AMOUNT OF RESPECT AND APPRECIATION FOR YOUR BUSINESS WHILE DOING IT. Made my life less stressful because plumbing problems aren't fun. So thanks Premium Plumbing for being the professionals that you are! spatially Chris
