This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing! I am in property management and we use Advanced Plumbing for our property, and they always provided great service and quality work, however, I had not used them personally until last weekend when I had a bad plumbing back up. When I called Saturday late afternoon, someone actually answered the phone and I asked about weekend emergency rates and he stated that they are the same as regular rates. He dispatched Gavin, who called to give me his ETA and arrived when he said he would. He was excellent! He went above and beyond, he found and solved my plumbing problem and I can't thank him and Advanced Plumbing enough.

Eddie LaRue was awesome and did a great job putting in our new water heater.

Hello. I would just like to give a huge shout out to Mike. He was at my apartment with his co-worker roughly the 7th of August. I can not remember the guys name that was out here with mike the first time. But they both were amazing. Made sure I was well taken care of. Well Mike was back for an another issue yesterday with a co-worker Eric and mike worked so hard to make sure my issue was fixed as well as the co-worker who came a little later. Mike definitely takes pride in his job. Both so respectful and honest. They definitely deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

Jarrett with EverydayPlumber arrived within the specified time and was able to make the adjustments to our newly installed toilet, which had a leak from a tank gasket. He was attentive and amiable and educated me on the situation as his work progressed. Appreciated working with such a genuine person.

Paul my A/C service technician today, did an absolutely outstanding and thorough job. When he arrived, I found him to be a very pleasant and likable person. I could tell by his professionalism and expertise that he loves his job and loves in a very caring way, the customers he so well serves. He was very detailed in answering my questions and in explaining the Advantage Program. If the opportunity lends itself, I will certainly ask for him at the next PM inspection in July or August. Andy works very organized so that he moves through the plumbing tasks in a way that allows him to continue moving forward on the task yet back checking to confirm a good pipe seal without wasting time or closing up the wall or cabinet too soon.

These guys are awesome! We had a clog in our main sewage line and Chris was able to come out here same day, give a good competitive quote, and get the problem solved. Very professional in their appearance, and work ethic. I never got the feeling like I was being taken advantage of, and in my industry it happens ALL the time. So to finally deal with a company that shoots straight and delivers on what they say they will is very refreshing. I would recommend Chris and Premium Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have. This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

$165/hour to get the pipe re-routed and end up with a tripping hazard right by the door. The access should have been somewhere else.

Also their slogan if water runs through it, we do it does not apply to sprinklers, they stopped doing that.
