Woke up to hissing noise and water leaking everywhere. Left a message after hours and they responded 2 minutes after they opened at 8am. Came within the allotted window, then told me what we needed. We went and got what we needed from Lowe’s and they came back the same day and everything is now fixed. We’re super nice on the phone and in person. This was my first need for a plumber as a homeowner and now they’re who I will be calling for the duration that I own this home.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Advanced Plumbing put in our new water heater and the price was way more reasonable than the other companies that gave me a quote. Technician was very pleasant too.

The cost to install ceiling fans was more than expected so we passed on that. Tech was unable to install kitchen ceiling light due to issue with semi flush light so that was disappointing. But he DID resolve the issue with our brand new non working oven by replacing the Plug/Socket so that is great. He was a very nice and knowledgeable guy.

I have used Stan for multiple plumbing fixes in the house ranging from repairing a hot line leak under the slab to simple stuff like replacing the float mechanism in our guest bathroom toilet. It’s an older house so things are starting to fail and Stan has been there to keep things “afloat” as it were.

His latest work was installing a new hot water heater in our house. He spent longer than planned but made sure it was done right. It came out looking great and works great! Nothing more I can ask for.

The only reason why I chose this company was because they were the only ones offering a good deal on the AC unit I wanted. The service technician or sales person Jonathan Brooks made a lot of promises and once the unit was installed he became completely unavailable. But ofcourse he would answer all calls and texts before the unit was purchased, what a joke. Do not make promises unless you plan to keep them. Right now I am loosing time and money because of their mistakes with communicating with the county to do the correct inspections. What a waste of time. Unneccessary headaches. I will not be doing business with them ever again.

Called twice and left a message for service. Nobody ever called back. Don't waste your time, find a plumber that puts customers first!

I call McGill. Jennifer sets up an appointment. A bit later, Shane P. calls and says we should verify the leak location first, and connects me with Sleuth Leak Detection, who discover the leak is in a Floor Drain Trap Primer....not under the slab!!!!
I call Sean back and tell him about the Trap Primer. He has one in stock and has Jennifer set up a repair for the next week. At 8:45am, Sean calls to say his guy will be there at 9:00am. Jonathan arrives precisely on time, explains the process, goes to work and completes everything in in 1 1/2 hours!!!
Problem solved!!! I no longer hear water moving!!!!
