Mid Sep got a call from my wife saying toilet would not flush and brown water was filling up my tub. Called a Plumber based of price. That was my first problem. Guy showed up snaked toilet said good to go. Charged me. Day later same issue, call plumber snakes toilet charges me AGAIN. 2 days later same problem.....UNREAL. Called Advance Plumbing. Plumber named Dale came out to look at issue. Within 10 min he had problem solved. Roots. Went on roof snaked properly no issues. Then put chemical in all of my 3 toilets. Been a month, no issue. So what have i learned? I paid a cheap plumber 2 times and paid Advance 1 time to get it done right. YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR. Thank u again Dale and Thank u to Advance

We have been doing business with Slaughter Plumbing for some time now. Last year we needed a new Hot Water Heater, we went with what they recommended and within a few months we noticed a significant decrease in our electric bill. Recently we installed a water softener, not only did they do a professional job installing it, but they educated us on the difference between a water softener and water filter, salt or no salt. The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

Our 2 year old A/C unit stopped working 3 weeks ago. I was able to get it functioning again. Leon came out today to check the system out. He was very thorough and professional. He's an asset to the company. We signed up for the annual service. I feel much better now that I know we'll be taken care of.
