Best Water Heater Replacement in Saint Petersburg FL

We called in the morning that our Hot Water Tank was leaking. by Mid afternoon they arrived with a new tank, installed it and finished with in a couple of hours. wow...i was in real trouble with a bad leak at night...frightened i called around and no one answered.....I feared it was a hot water heater......[which it wasn't..!!]
..i read the google reviews and several people said call MARGARET...she'll help..she answered phone promptly, and compassionately gave me a few tips and promised a plumber would be over in under an hour..and he was..Anthony....was the BEST plumber i have found in st Pete and I have been looking for one..he got me fixed so nothing wold blow during the night..and turned water back on for my convenience and promised they'd call in am to set regular appointment for permanent fix...and viola!! they did....I could not be more grateful to Margaret, Anthony and Ad Plumbing..they helped me in a crisis.....!!!!!!! Now I never have to worry about getting help during a plumbing emergency...a tel umber worth keeping......!!!!!!!!!

Joe was great! He showed me pictures of what was wrong and then got my AC pouring out cold air again. Highly recommend!

This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

I am installing a water treatment system and I needed some preliminary plumbing done for the installation. Andy came by today to look at the job I needed. He assessed it, got the parts and did the job. He did exactly what was needed it looked very professional.

The gentleman that came to give me a quotes pricing was outrageous to begin with. $250 for a permit? They cost $75! They never followed up with me or sent my formal quote as I was promised. So basically you just sent a stranger to my house for NOTHING but to waste my time.

The next day I had another renowned plumbing company come in to quote replacing my water heater & their cost was less than Cass AND they spotted a few code violations. They were able to fix the code violations, replace my water heater properly and were STILL less expensive.

I would NOT recommend Cass Plumbing as they do not know what they're doing and fail to follow through.
