We have been doing business with Slaughter Plumbing for some time now. Last year we needed a new Hot Water Heater, we went with what they recommended and within a few months we noticed a significant decrease in our electric bill. Recently we installed a water softener, not only did they do a professional job installing it, but they educated us on the difference between a water softener and water filter, salt or no salt. Slaughter also installed our Reclaim Water System and helped design the Layout for the sprinkler heads. As a result we now have one of the finest green lawns in the neighborhood. This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

My ac was on but not cooling. Robert and the other young man were professional and respectful. They worked quickly and explained what was happening while they worked. They kept everything clean and did not leave a mess. Fantastic job!

I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing! I am in property management and we use Advanced Plumbing for our property, and they always provided great service and quality work, however, I had not used them personally until last weekend when I had a bad plumbing back up. When I called Saturday late afternoon, someone actually answered the phone and I asked about weekend emergency rates and he stated that they are the same as regular rates. He dispatched Gavin, who called to give me his ETA and arrived when he said he would. He was excellent! He went above and beyond, he found and solved my plumbing problem and I can't thank him and Advanced Plumbing enough.

We have had constant issues with our AC unit at one of our coffee shops. The guy who usually come out has giving us the run around saying it’s been fixed and then it would stop working after a few days. We called midway services on a Sunday and Paul one of the service technicians came out as fast as he could! He was super helpful explaining the system and was able to pinpoint the issue immediately. Friendly, fast and above all very professional and honest. These kind of people are hard to come by. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Paul!!!

Purchased a Trane heating and cooling system from Performance.Had a semi annual maintenance contract and because I am in Sarasota I had to call to remind them when the service was due. Always a issue trying to get someone scheduled. Not very responsive. Was just advised that my contract expired in August without prior notification and I am now out of their service area. Dropped just like that. Nice way to demonstrate customer retention.
