The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

In the midst of stress and catastrophe, Todd’s quiet demeanor and thorough examination calmed me. Then with a plan, Cole and his associate showed up on time two days later to tackle the big job! They were here almost all day, they kept me informed throughout. They were respectful of my property, being careful to work tidily. I saw them change gloves all day long without a thought. Their communication of their findings was detailed and clear. They made the absolute best of a bad situation! I told the company’s owner that his employees are amazing brand ambassadors for Everyday Plumbing! I’ll never call another plumbing company if I need one!

My home water softener replacement was to be a cinch. I planned it out to the final item....leaks occurring when exchanging the supply lines. I started my project early in the morning knowing I could reach a plumber to bail me out. Sure enough, the copper union from 23 years ago started to leak. I got on the phone and found P C Plumbers, Inc who came out in 2 hours. He was a third generation plumber, his name is Jacob.
A great lad, very meticulous and efficient. So glad he took care of my repair. So thankful.

Overall, a disappointing service with this local plumber in St Pete. I should have known when my first experience was a missed appointment for an estimate which had to be rescheduled. Okay, no big deal. Things happen... but the experience didn’t get a whole lot better from there. The 2 stars is earned from completing a tankless water heater in my bathroom, we have hot water as requested there. But unfortunately, when asked to replace the tankless in the kitchen, because after replacing the one in the bathroom, now the separate tankless unit in the kitchen wasn’t working as it had before... we had less success. The plumber installed the second new unit in the kitchen, but we still couldn’t get hot water. It was explained that perhaps we have some crossed water lines, so I paid for both jobs already completed, and called for a new estimate to figure out why I still can’t get hot water in the kitchen.
On that 4th appt, we got no help or support and instead the plumber just defended the work completed and didn’t try any solutions to help. We barely got any kind of estimate to dive deeper into the problem. It then become apparent some basic mistakes were made throughout the initial services.
In closing, had i received a call back from the owner or manager as I requested after an unsatisfactory appointment, we could have discussed the work completed, but there seemed to be no concern from management about a disappointed customer.
If you need a plumber, I’d make another call before trying this company.

I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

They did a great job! Mark is very knowledgeable. We will use them again.

Had a Saturday urgent situation and after calling many plumbers, Everyday was able to take the job and were here in two hours. Carlos did a great job and price was fair. Will certainly use Everyday again.

Recently used The Drain Team for a new hot water heater. From the customer service staff to the plumbers all are professional and courteous. Have a condo and as such have an HOA. The Drain Team works within the HOA parameters and with the HOA to ensure compliance. They work with County inspectors to take the onus off the homeowner to ensure everything is in compliance. Plumbers are knowledgeable and highly experienced. Give you straight answers. No upsell. Only what needs to be done. Quick response time.
Preparing to call them for toilets and garbage disposal as well.

Used to go to the big stores for plumbing parts. Your place is about the same price and the counter staff have great experience and have helped me through my problems.

So nice and professional, called him when a different plumber didn't show and even though he was on his way home he came right over. He explained everything so I could understand and got the job done!

Called at 8am and they were here by 11:30 for a clogged drain. Quick and efficient. Friendly personal. Very reasonably priced. Would use again when the need comes. Recommend to any that have plumbing needs.
