Zak was our plumber, nothing but good things to say about him, very personable. Repaired loose toilet, installed new faucet, new washing machine hoses, and gave me a hand with another project for a few minutes. Other quote was 3 times as much. Great job by Slaughter! Very Happy.

They showed up 1 hr 20 mins late for a 9:30am appointment. Charged $225 to unclog the main pipe going out to the street. I asked for quotes on some additional work and they never called back even after I left a message.
They were professional.

Called them for 2 leaky faucets in January '23. They quoted me $350. Thought that was high and so I called my dad. He came over and put in two 5 cent washers (one in each sink) which took 20 minutes. That 100% fixed it. So they were incompetent or trying to swindle me - not sure which one.

I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

Jarrett is the most professional and competent plumber we have encountered since moving to Florida 2 years ago and we have interacted with more than 5. He was on time and was able to determine what needed to be done to install our whole house water softener and filter and repair a toilet. He executed the installation per the plan and everything is working great. Jarret was a pleasure to work with and we will call him first the next time we need plumbing work done.

I just read some of the reviews and cannot understand those very few who gave bad ones. I called Monday evening. It was a holiday and very late in the day. I was told I would get a call back and get one I did. I ad a plumber (Ronnie) here quickly and my sink drain was fixed in a flash. Thankfully it was done as the stench in the house was almost unbearable and we would have had to go to a motel had it not been fixed. Ronnie was all that a serviceman should be. He was polite, thorough and cleaned everything up. I recommend The Drain Team to everyone who ever needs a plumber. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Professional and honest

Kyle was very professional and helpful. He not only replaced our disposal quickly (which was the issue we had called to resolve), he also replaced the mechanism in our toilets so that they don't make such noise! And that we hadn't mentioned when we made the service call for the disposal. So I was REALLY pleased to have our disposal and toilets back in working order after just one service call!!!!
