The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

My main toilet was blocked, the technician was very polite, clean, listened intently to my explanation, explained his suggested process of resolving the problem and thoroughly went over the pricing, aiming to resolve the problem with a reasonable price, which still seamed very high for what was done.

Excellent service!!! I had small pipe leak between two floors. Lady in the office scheduled my appointment over the phone and I was amazed how nice she was. Great work getting my toilet back up and running after a root got into the pipe. Kenny did a great job and was as honest as can be. I've had companies in the past add unneeded procedures to drive up the bill. These guys did not and were very informative about what was being done.I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend.
