Everyone on this team is very courteous and respectful of you and your home. We have been using this company for more than five years and always choose Cornerstone because they are trustworthy, responsive, accommodate emergencies ASAP and pricing is reasonable. I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

The quality of the work is excellent and the price was reasonable. Corey was extremely professional. I will call them again if I needed in the future.

What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

My kitchen faucet finally went out and was leaking water from the base all onto the counter and underneath the deck plate. I called about six local plumbers requesting next day service and this was the first place that was available. I was very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and preparedness shown by Angel when he arrived. He installed the new faucet in a reasonable amount of time and even cleaned up all of the old stains underneath my cabinets. The communication was great, he arrived on time and left them place in better shape than he found it. I highly recommend!

I have a older home. After repeated slab leaks I decided to re-pipe. Thanks Tampa Bay Plumbing, by far, gave the very best quote. Then a team of nice young men showed up and did the job in a very short period of time. I couldn't be happier with the result.

Truck came with a 60 Foot rooter to a commercial building. I just told him I ran a 100 foot line threw the drain pipe. He wanted to run the 60 foot threw and see if that would help. Then he said he could run a camera 100 feet. None of this would help as I ran my rooter 100 feet three time with no results. I told hime to leave. Gave hime his $64 . Wanted to charge me almost $500 when I know it would do nothing.

Junior and Carlos did a nice job swapping out our faucet today. We will reach out to Believe Plumbing again in the future.
