Them they told me that they need to change my faucet and that has to be different because my old faucet is not longer . They will gonna charge me $800 . Then I went to Home Depot and found the exactly faucet . Please do not trust in this business .

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

This place is a great find in N.E. St Pete. I needed some parts for a plumbing project and they helped me get everything I needed. No need to drive all the way to 22nd Ave for the big box store. They had everything in stock at reasonable prices. Glad to know that I can buy local.
