They did take care of the job that I paid for but unless you have a lot of money that you want to spend on something this is not the place to go. I just needed an element replaced in my water heater which is a simple procedure and it cost me $225.

Chuck from Garret Plumbing showed up at the front end of the recommended time. After a brief conversation, he had three solutions and began working on one. He never brought in tools that weren't needed / used and cleaned up when completed. The work was solid, fast, and professional. When I need a plumber, I'm calling Garret.

Trustworthy and affordable plumbing service. Family-owned quality so you felt like they cared about you but reinforced with far more experience you'd see with your typical franchise plumber. Prices were more than fair and Jim was honest and transparent about the work being done. Would recommend to anyone needing a job done - small or big - anytime soon!

Do not call them. Dishonest Company. Called them to fix a problem with toilet. Problem was fixed so I thought after $525. Said they were going to email me the photos and video they took while fixing and never did even after multiple follow ups. Less than a week later the same thing happened again to the same toilet with the exact same wording written on the job invoice and was charged an additional $775 for their services. Find another company. It’s not worth wasting time and money on them.

Disgusting customer service and for that it is your loss I chose another company and final bill is paid in full $1499.00 BYE!!!!!!
