Tech arrived on time. Verified with me the price for replacing the disposal I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I was highly disappointed that the plumber did not wear a face mask. In the second worst state in the country for COVID-19. Also I wasn’t asked the basic COVID-19 questions when setting up the appointment. First time I was not at all impressed by the technician who did the work!

Shawn Smith was my technician.He was scheduled to install a new kitchen faucet as I’d been told by another plumber that my current one was not repairable. It was making a streaking sound. Shawn went out to his truck, brought in a tiny washer which he placed inside the faucet head. About 5 minutes and it works perfectly. Now I can return the new faucet I purchased at Lowe’s and save myself about $300. I highly recommend this company for their ethics. Will definitely call them again when needed!😊

Great experience having my washer plumbing fixed. Jorge was on time, called when he was on the way, was very friendly and professional. He cleaned up when he was done, tested everything to make sure there were no leaks, got the washer leveled and hooked up, and helped me out with some tips on flushing out the hot water heater. No pressure when pitching the service plan. Very satisfied customer. Will definitely call for future plumbing needs.

Romo's Plumbing was great to work with. I had a difficult problem to fix, but they figured it out and fixed it without charging me a fortune. They were honest and did not try to push me to something more expensive. I will definitely work with them next time I have a plumbing problem.

I had a big issue with the initial quote. I was initially stuck paying much more than I wanted to but felt like I had no choice since I had a backed up sewer. The service manager called me back the next day and we worked out a price I was happier with.The work was done well. And, he even cleaned up some stuff that he really shouldn't have had to. I appreciate that.
