I cannot say enough great things about Slaughter Plumbing and especially Zach. I had a main water line break at 2:30 in the morning on Labor Day. This resulted in a 30-foot high geyser shooting water out for but seemed like forever...

Our HOA leaders quickly reached out to Slaughter and Zach was on the scene by 3:30 AM. He shut down the water on the property and had the broken pipe repaired before noon. Zach did a phenomenal job with the repair... All the while very professional and pleasant to deal with. A++

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

We had an emergency flood situation late on a Friday evening. Josh came out and assessed the problem and gave us options for repair. He was very helpful...walked us through the process. A bit expensive (unless we bought a membership which we weren’t interested in)

I had four plumbing issues that needed attention and Carlton Hughes attended to them. What a joy watching him work and talking with him. He is very thorough and explained the problems. I had purchased a replacement kitchen faucet and Carlton had me call Moen. Without a receipt or a model number of my ‘broken’ faucet, Moen is sending replacement parts and that saved me the cost of a new one. Carlton cleans up any mess where he’s working. His awesome attitude made my experience with him and the company he represents an enjoyable transaction!
After the repair parts for the faucet arrived a plumber was scheduled. Unfortunately the faucet could not be repaired so Garrett’s GM Larry B. brought in another faucet. I wasn’t happy with the new one but I chose to have it installed rather than having a sink without a faucet. After a few days I knew the new faucet did not reach far enough into my sink as my back was strained while doing dishes. I called Larry and told him I wasn’t happy. He understood my problem and started searching. After a week of searching with Moen to no avail, Larry found my discontinued faucet on eBay. I am very appreciative of the “extra effort” given to fix the situation. Garrett Plumbing rocks!!!

Excellent service! Honest company! We tried fixing something on our own and made it worse. I called Jim and he was prompt to come take care of it. Not only did he take care of the main problem, but was able to fix other plumbing issues that are so much better now. Very professional and trustworthy business.
