The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I have had them out to my home twice now. I was extremely impressed both times. Everyone who works there is super nice. They make the tough jobs look easy! I highly recommend!

I was told we would be contacted prior to any work being started. We never received a phone call and then received a 4 figure bill the following day. I then asked the owner why and he immediately became defensive and starting yelling at me over the phone. His response was he should have charged me more. I simply wanted a break down of labor and materials.

Had a leaking water heater and called McGill, why not support our local businesses. This was july 2017. The recommended a new water heater. Sure $1300 they installed it all great after a few hours. Since then the water at home never got very hot as before and the unit made weird noises. Called them a couple of times to come and check since it just didn't feel right, of course they came and didn't find anything. Fast forward last week the unit started to leak everyday for the past 10 days. I called them and spoke with someone claiming to be the manager. I tried to explain the issue and since the unit is still under warranty I asked for them to come and look at it. He kept saying its $150/hour. These are hard times for businesses and I get it they are there to make money but that shouldn't be the first thing coming out of their mouths. I decided to call another local plumber and the moment they walked in they identified the issue. The water heater was connected wrong, McGill installer had connected the cold water line to the hot inlet in the water heater and the expansion tank to the hot water line which is a big no no. I don't understand how they fail to see that while doing the installation. Got a new water heater and a job done right today. If you get work done by these guys make sure it's done right cuz once they gone is done! Would never deal with them again. Pinellas has a bunch of other honest companies that would love to earn our business.

I recently contacted this business with a request to install two toilets and re-connect a gas stove. They were professional, on time and reasonably priced. They ensured everything was installed and connected properly and the plumber who came out was very pleasant. I will gladly utilize them whenever my future plumbing needs arise. I will also recommend them to my friends.

We had a collapsed sewer pipe. And Antonio came out on a holiday weekend with no questions asked. He started repairing it right away. However the water table wasn't real deep they ran into water problems. Then it rained every day the more they dug the worse it got. But Antonio crew was super professional and was there everyday doing what they could . So the neighbor has a cracked in the county pipe now. The county came out and ran cameras to find it and stated who ever did your sewer line did an A+ job. One of the best they have seen. So I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing problems... two thumbs up to Antonio's crew. And my pink shirt princess. Lol

My husband and I were going thru a very hard time with the passing of his father when at the same time we had our water heater in our place burst suddenly and we needed to act quickly. We were recommended to call Tampa Bay Plumbing and sure enough they did a fantastic job, from scheduling fast, being on time and getting the job done!!!
