The service was great--the technician was polite, professional, and helpful, and even though it took a significantly longer time than expected to fix the problem, I was charged the price I was quoted when I called ($185 to fix a toilet that was backing up into the shower). I am extremely satisfied with this company and I will be using them again.

Bryan was amazing. Our AC unit was a mess. He educated us, walked us through every step he was doing, didn’t take pictures of anything unless we were standing right there. He showed us comparable part pricing on the internet, walked us through ALL of our options and made us feel very comfortable about our choices. Everyone within the company helped us and assured us through the whole process. We have used FAST of florida for plumbing and appliance issues, too, and have always been happy with the work they’ve done.

These guys came to fix a leaking toilet and a particularly stubborn clog in our shower drain. Very nice guys. They handled everything, and were very professional about it -- including taking care not mess up, whish isn't easy with a big sewer snake. I highly recommend them!

On a Sunday morning with my husband deployed and a house full of family visiting from out of town, a toilet overflowed and then all of our toilets and sinks/showers clogged! We were in dire need of a plumber, and Charles Thompson came to the rescue.

Other plumbing companies put me on hold forever and gave me the run around, and would be sending a guy from outside Tampa. Charles promptly replied to my text and was ready and able to come to our aid, took care of our plumbing need and treated us professionally and kindly as a neighbor would.

Retired from the Navy and Government Service in April of last year and moved to Tampa. Bought a home in June of 2015 and needed some Japanese bidet toilet seats installed. Checked with four different plumbers, with one telling us, it was too hard for them, two more quoting me a ridiculous amount - based on anticipated hours required for installation, then I met Everyday Plumber. They quoted a flat rate, per each of the 3 toilets, and had the job done by 1600 of the next day. As I was planning to add a large lanai to my home - I had them run a pipe from what would soon be an enclosed water spigot to an accessible area. Most recently I had them remove a commode from the downstairs bathroom, to allow Lennar to replace cracked tiles, then reinstall the toilet when work was done. I have been exceptionally impressed by the responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, and the deportment of each plumber who has come to my home. Regardless the difficulty of the contracted task, NEVER have I been asked to pay more than originally quoted, though a couple of the projects required innovation and far more time than anyone could have anticipated. I now have a Lifetime Membership with Everyday Plumber.
