Called in the morning and they were there early afternoon. Dan the technician advised my refrigerator could be fixed under warranty from the manufacturer, LG. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and provided good direction on how to pursue a warranty claim. I highly recommend Fast of Florida and Dan as the service technician.

Marvin was very knowledgeable, respectful and personable. He explained a situation concerning an issue he noticed during maintenance. He was patient with my concerns and questions and took the time to answer them so that I had all the information I would need to decide whether I will go further with the recommendation that would deal with the issue. I appreciated that.

Romo came out to my office to repair a urinal. He was punctual, friendly, informative, and honest. He knocked out the repair quickly and thoroughly explained to me the issue as well as the work performed to resolve it.
Romo's is now first in mind for all my plumbing and AC needs.

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Although I typically do not write reviews, because of the exceptional service from Everyday Plumber a review was warranted. I am very glad that I contacted Everyday Plumber because they sent the right people at the right time which included having people working on a holiday.

The initial team of Jonathon and Dennis realized the complexity and got the underground camera team of Todd and Joseph to isolate the issue. That turned out to be a very smart decision. My plumbing issue turned out to be very complicated and spanned over several days. Even on a holiday Jerritt came out and was so nice and he worked beyond expectations.

Allen and Nathan came to my house for the final repair. Their work included finding a sewer blockage in the public utilities system. Todd and Joseph also assisted. These guys were able to convince the local public utility to come out the same day and resolved their blockage. Allen and Nathan continued to repair my plumbing issue and it was after 8pm when they were satisfied that the job was complete. Absolutely incredible service.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

They are very good company .very honesty and they really know what is the problem .reasonable price too. You can trust them .

Wow! Best experience with a plumber ever. The first person I dealt with at Premium was superb, caring of my situation and got me scheduled for the next day since we were in the throes of a hurricane when I called. I got texts to verify my appointment and the next day the plumber showed up on time after texting he was on his way. Benjamin assessed my problem and gave me a price to fix it. I feel the price was quite fair considering he had to get on the roof to clear my main line blockage. Less than an hour later blockage was gone. Benjamin was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved. I will forever recommend Premium to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!
