The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Joe was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very quick to identify and resolve the issue. I will definitely be using this company again for my AC needs. I highly recommend Joe and Fast of Florida.

Michael came to our house and installed our toilets. Super friendly, showed up on time, and called before he got here. He did a great job and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. I was recommended to him by a neighbor who was recommended to him from another neighbor!

I own a rental property in St Pete, FL and I contacted this company back in April 2018 because the kitchen faucet was leaking. They said they would go out and check it, but I never received any calls from them to follow up. Shortly afterwards, I got an invoice in the mail for $573!!!

I called my tenant to see if he knew what was going on and he informed me that Advanced Plumbing came out and installed a new faucet without my authorization. Not only that, but they didn't even install it properly because it wouldn't fully swing over the sink!!

I contacted the company to let them know that they screwed up my kitchen faucet and that I needed an explanation for the absurd invoice I received. I later got a call from Rick (CFO) who explained to me that the technician, took it upon himself to buy a $250 faucet from Home Depot and install it in my rental property! The technician also charged me for the time he spent shopping at Home Depot and grabbing his lunch....then he doubled that amount to charge me for his helper.
During that conversation, Rick apologized for all the discrepancies, said he would get the labor charges fixed and that he just needed to find out the situation with the faucet before he could resolve my invoice discrepancies.

Here we are 4 months later and they just finally got out to fix the faucet (only found out because my tenant told me), but still no word about the invoice. I've emailed Rick and their invoicing office every few weeks for the past several months and they have made zero effort to resolve this issue. The only correspondence I've gotten from them lately is an email telling me that I am 90+ days late paying the invoice!...are you serious??!!!!

All I can say is, this better not go to collections and damage my credit report as a result of their incompetence!

I’m a midway services yearly member. The technicians I’ve dealt with have been great.Unfortunately, dispatch has been very rude and unorganized. I cannot recommend dealing with Elma. Twice, technicians have missed the window, and with a 4 hour window not one technician could make it out. Upon calling back, I missed the call. 9 minutes later I return the call and the dispatch said because I did not answer she decided to send them elsewhere because they can’t wait.It’s okay for paying customers to wait around and have no one show up but technicians just can’t show up on time and are not okay to wait.My experience has been subpar. Again, technicians are great, dispatch has been rude

They are very good company .very honesty and they really know what is the problem .reasonable price too. You can trust them .

Excellent company and total professional

Everyone on this team is very courteous and respectful of you and your home. We have been using this company for more than five years and always choose Cornerstone because they are trustworthy, responsive, accommodate emergencies ASAP and pricing is reasonable. I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

It was a great experience with this tech. He did a phenomenal job explaining everything and completing diagnostics check. I would 150% recommend this company for the fact that their customer service is just immaculate.Thank you for being the person I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with!
