This company and their technicians are amazing people. I had a huge leak over the weekend and I was desperate. Jeremy (superstar technician) came to my family's rescue. He had no quit in him. He worked and worked. He even called in one of his fellow associates to come and help. Just when I lost all faith, they found the pipe! I highly recommend I Find Leaks to anyone with water leak. They are the total package.

For over 7 years, I have been battling the same plumbing issues. I have had at least 6 other companies out to survey my land and 2 city supervisor crews also.... None of whom could find my Clean out valve to help eleviate my problem. I came across Advanced plumbing by referral from a client. The owner Margaret was very nice and her office staff was efficient and made sure to get my problem handled as soon as possible.

When the plumber came out, I explained the issue I had been having & he Immediately suggested that I allow him to create a cleanout valve for me! He was Fast, professional and courteous! The pricing was very reasonable considering I have to pay over $200+ every 6 months to have my line snaked from the roof Only.

I WILL BE REFERRING THEM FROM NOW ON TO FRIENDS & FAMILY!

The business card say free estimator.They charged me $87 for tell me that my problem is the faucet in my tub. Them they told me that they need to change my faucet and that has to be different because my old faucet is not longer . They will gonna charge me $800 . Then I went to Home Depot and found the exactly faucet . Please do not trust in this business .

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I had some issues with a water softener for a few months and couldn’t find a service provider that could address the concerns. I called Romo and he brought in a specialist that diagnosed the issue within minutes and once the parts arrived they were able to repair the machine within a half hour. Kevin at Midway did an amazing job converting our 1960 three phase electrical work to one phase and up to current code. He even went out of his way to minor electrical work that was of safety concern while he was there.They were on time, super professional, very clean, and didnt cut any corners even though the job was all day. Scott Vogan came out to tune up and inspect our AC. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond any other AC company we've had here in the past inspecting and cleaning the unit. He made it a very pleasant experience.
