Eric at CW was incredible! We could hear water running in our wall and Eric showed up within an hour to find and fix the leak. He explained exactly what he was doing, showed me the leak, and fixed it quickly. All on a Sunday morning no less. It was a tight spot due to my water heater being in front of the wall the leak was in, but he was able to get to it without needing to remove the water heater. I can’t say enough good things about his work or the timeliness and quality. You can’t go wrong calling CW!!

I had a complicated problem that no less than 4 other plumbers looked at and and did not fix. Just snake it, charge us 300$ bucks and see you in 4 months.

When Chris came out and looked at the problem, he had a vision of what needed to be done to fix it. Bid it fairly, and executed.
Well done.
When he ran into something more, he called Todd, a supervisor with a wealth of knowledge. He wisely analyzed the problem, and explained it to me clearly and slowly, because I’m not a plumber. Used a camera even down in the line to show me what was the issue. And none of his time was extra. He was there to support Chris. I like companies that support their good employees.
The problem is now solved.

Conclusion,
Chris is my plumber now. Enough said.

Warren was the best service technician with Performance AC we have experienced for at least the last 8-10 years. We can't find words descriptive enough to describe his efforts while working in the rain with an umbrella. Absolutely the type employee I would have tried to lure to work for us when we still had a business!

Paul is the absolute best. Big jobs or small jobs, he’s the first call. Super friendly, knowledgeable and honest!

He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to complete the job seamlessly. We appreciate the urgency he showed and the neatness of his work. We are new customers. Our first encounter with Billy Sunshine Plumbing could NOT have gone better. I was told that we'd be an afternoon call as we phoned them on a Friday morning (I could not abide the thought of no water in the kitchen all weekend). Joseph and Tyler called us from 15 minutes away. They were professional, polite gentlemen. Better yet, they got the job done for a very fair fee and in a very timely fashion and as a result...we have draining sinks (the Best kind!).
