There's only good things I could say about Advanced Plumbing. Their service is timely and their work is quality. They did all of our work which included plumbing a new ADA bathroom as well as 3 commercial sinks and water heater in my coffee shop. Our technician was John and he was nothing but helpful. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and worked until all inspection were approved. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I have a number of properties in Florida and rely on FAST - and they service and do a great job. One standout of many is Dan Hampton (and on my phone I have him as Dan Appliance Guru - reason is that he diagnoses - calls back and I know where I stand and what to do next. Issue resolved (or quickly addressed) AND he gives cost/benefit opinion and is like a consultant (knows his stuff). Personally like talking to him and he is a professional - has great attitude and one of wheels that makes Fast of Florida work - and ads value to what is now a 10 year relation with Fast of Florida. On a Sunday morning with my husband deployed and a house full of family visiting from out of town, a toilet overflowed and then all of our toilets and sinks/showers clogged! We were in dire need of a plumber, and Charles Thompson came to the rescue.
