After 3 visits they could not fix issues even though they said it was. Over charged us. When I had to leave my wife to deal with them with the 3rd different plumber he was extremely rude and talk down to my wife. Terrible experience. RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: After the 3rd visit, 3rd different plumber and job still was not complete I wasn't about to call and waste my time with your company and shouldn't have to call you to discuss your workers poor behavior. They should be trained to act professional and just get the work done and correctly. The lack of experience of two of the plumbers was surprising and disappointing. Had another company come out that week and fixed everything within 30 minutes and when discussing the previous visits with the new plumber he said, What the hell were they thinking?

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

We had a very professional service of maintenance to our unit by the team of Bryan and Alex. They are polite and efficient. We recommend Fast services to every person who needs advice or assistance for their unit.

We had a great experience with this company. Everyone was very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Although we paid more than other company estimates, it was well worth it. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Highly recommend. We had recessed lighting added and our electric panel updated to current code in our St. Pete condo. Very happy.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Romo himself came out to the house and fixed my disposal. He even taught me a few things about how to keep it clean. I will definitely be using them in the future and for any recommendations!

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

I am usually a bit apprehensive when hiring a service tech as I am usually home by myself when they come. Charles is a very professional plumber. He gave me the price up front, laid down drop cloths, wore shoe booties to protect my floor, and cleaned up after the job.

The care and time every one of them took to answer my questions, explain the potential causes, recommendations, and prevention and treatment for minimum reoccurring issues gave me such a sigh of relief. I called on a Sunday morning because my air conditioner was leaking water. Not only did Midway Services respond within an hour, but the repairman, Anthony, was extremely professional. He explained everything to me! The price for the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend Midway Services.Update--today 6/2/23 I met with Corey and Christian to discuss replacing my current A/C. They were the utmost professionals, taking the time to discuss all of my options. I chose a system that I believe will serve me now as well as in the future. These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Our AC quit blowing cold air and after cleaning the drains and seeing ice on the coils we knew we had to call a professional. The normal AC company we usually work with could not get out to our home till Monday and with my wife having asthma we couldn’t wait that long. We called Performance AC and they were out within hours. Marvin was our technician and I can’t say enough nice things about him. He diagnosed the problem immediately and advised we had a leak in our coils. He reserved the part and by the next morning we had ice cold air. Marvin was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and we were so impressed we purchased their annual maintenance plan! I strongly recommend Performance Air, Heating & Plumbing for all your home needs. You may pay a little more but we felt you can’t put a price tag on piece of mind knowing the job was done right!
