Called them out to check on a clog as we know we have an issue at the sewer main connection. So we needed a clog removed and an estimate to repair the pipe going to the sewer main. Guy showed up on time and was professional so he gets 2 stars for that, but wanted to charge me a minimum of $400 to unclog the drain, then at least another $450 to give me an estimate to actually fix the problem. I'll burn my house to the ground before I pay $450 for an estimate to dig up and replace 20 feet of pipe.Ended up paying FAST $50 just to come to my house and give me absolute insane prices. At least now I know who not to call.

Outstanding from the first phone call to the final step! Very courteous and professional service from receptionist, to project manager, to service technician - they were all on their game. I live in a high-rise in Tampa's Channelside District with strict regulations for contractors. I called and Midway sent someone to estimate the jetted tub demo, including cap off of lines and debris removal that same day. My building required a city permit to begin work which Midway handled the next morning and the crew was here by noon to start work. Due to building regulations saying all contract work must be done by 5pm, they couldn't complete the last step of debris removal until the next business day. They came on time, the project and city inspection approval was all completed in under 2 hours! Ready for my flooring & tile guys now! Thank you team at Midway Services - Karen, Henry & Jaime!

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Used Cornerstone Plumbing for a condo repiping project. The technicians were very efficient, explained what they were doing along the project and were very careful to maintain a clean work area and to leave everything in order at the end of each day on the job.
I would highly recommend Cornerstone for any plumbing project, large or small.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Matt from Tampa Bay Plumbing. He was professional and such a pleasure to deal with as he tried to locate the source of our leak we experienced the day before. He was not able to reproduce the issue but did everything he could to try and find it. Thankfully we've not had anymore issues but he left us with excellent instructions on what to do incase our mysterious leak returns. Definitely a positive experience. They were very knowledgeable about exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Anthony was the technician that came to fix my faucet. He showed up when he said he was going to and did the work that was previously discussed/agreed upon. In addition to doing an excellent job, he also offered general knowledge of the quality of water in Florida and what we can do to prevent this from happening again. He spoke very highly of the owners of this business as well.
