Best Repair And/Or Replacement in Saint Petersburg FL

Slaughter was recommended to me by two different people, so I decided to call them when our garbage disposal started leaking under the kitchen sink. My husband is out-of-town on business, so I was a little leery of having a repair person come to the house, for fear they'd assume I was clueless and try to take advantage of me. Quite the contrary!

Nate came to the house and was prompt, courteous, professional and did a thorough job. He showed the utmost integrity, explained to me all that he repaired and was truly there to help me out, NOT to make a quick buck or upsell me. I'm extremely pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone!

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Fast AC/Heat Service came out on Christmas day to my condo to help in restoring the lack of heat on the coldest day of the year in FL 2022. There were multiple issues but they did not leave until the unit was producing heat, so we did not have to go to a hotel. Thank you for your dedication and help. They followed up on a warmer day and repaired the combined issues. The service professional was Bryan and went way beyond others in his field. Thank you again so very much.

The Performance Air rep show up timely & neat. Was very helpful in explaining what was to be done, and made sure to see if I had any questions. The team behind the Technician made sure to follow up ahead of time, and afterwards. Once the appointment was set they followed up a few days before. On the day of the appointment they called, texted & emailed the status and when the Technician would arrive. That really helped plan my day and to make sure I'd be home when they arrived. All in all, Performance Air gets a good reference from me.
