Best Repair/Replace Hot Water Heaters in Saint Petersburg FL

I can't recommend Romo's plumbing enough. We have called Romo on a few occasions since we moved to Clearwater about 2.5 years ago, and his service has always been professional, friendly, and prompt. We recently had to replace our hot water heater and he worked the schedule around to get us in ASAP (thank you, Angie!). The crew he sent out were friendly and respectful of my home and my time. I love that they show you/teach you some plumbing basics throughout their services so you can troubleshoot minor things along the way as well. This is a great family-run business to spend your money with!

Michael came to our house and installed our toilets. Super friendly, showed up on time, and called before he got here. He did a great job and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. I was recommended to him by a neighbor who was recommended to him from another neighbor!

Justin was very friendly and responsive. He accidentally scheduling a water heater replacement on memorial day thinking it wasn't a holiday. Neither of us caught it. He then called the night before profusely apologizing that the warehouse was closed. He said if I can make it work I will. He did just that. He can in the afternoon on the holiday and replaced our water heater. We were so thankful after going 3 days without water. We will definitely use them again.

Luke is awesome and very professional. He came in and found the leak almost immediately so not much of my wall was removed. A good reliable company is hard to find but tampa bay plumbing is definitely top notch.

I had an excellent experience with Gulfview Plumbing. I called and asked for service to replace my old water heater and received a reply the same day. The install was completed in one day. Chrissy, John and Anthony and were very professional and new their business. I was so pleased with the water heater installation I asked them to install a new water softener and garbage disposal. They had me on the schedule the following week. Again, very professional job completed by Anthony. Anthony also took the time to make sure I was happy with the installation and went over the operation of each installation. Well done Gulfview Plumbing!! You are now my Plumber elite!!

An honest businessman will meet personally with a complaining customer just to see if his crew did the job correctly and billed the customer fairly. That doesn't happen at Allen's Plumbing! Allen doesn't care about customers if you don't pay they threaten and file liens. Never once in the five or so months I asked to meet with Allen to show him pictures of what I was left with after his guy sat around for two hours in a three foot by four foot 1/2 bath (on overtime rates) to announce he couldn't tie the old pipe to the new pipe due to wear. An honest man would have examined the pipe that was fully exposed and say I can't do your repair not two hours later. I had to not only pay their bogus bill but argue frequently with his rip off staff to tell them the work was never done and offered pictures to prove it. I had to pay the recording fee for the lien and then also pay the recording fee to get the lien released!! Stay far away from these rip off artists do yourself a big favor.

Called to have a plumber come out to fix tub faucet. Was told after 4 p.m. for arrival. Called to check status as I heard nothing and kept getting told that plumber would show up. Was told that I was next in line at 6:45 p.m. and it should take about an hour. Never ended up hearing anything from them at all and no one showed up or called. Do not go with this company unless you want to waste your time with someone that does not value their customers.

Update to reply by owner for updated information: I did call back this morning in order to inquire about why no one showed up. The same woman that kept promising to me that they would come yesterday with an annoyed tone in her voice answered and told me well I was going to give you a $100 credit but I saw your review, so not sure if I can. I inquired about setting something up with this and due to my schedule it was going to have to be later again. Because it started to feel like a similar setup to yesterday I was a bit skeptical, so I stated the desire to just make a few calls first and then to call back and let them know. The woman stated sir if you call other businesses I will not put you on the schedule. I reiterated desire to just determine how I wanted to proceed by making some calls first and to let them know and she immediately hung up on me. This is a testament to how customer service is not valued here and how once again my time was wasted. Instead of working with me to help make it right they just continued to be rude and disrespectful.

Had another company come out for a leaking drain pipe in our crawlspace. They wanted $2432 to replace the entire pipe and demanded a $500 deposit before they would schedule. So I got a second opinion from Bob Franks, they said all I need to replace were 2 leaking elbows for $260 and they fixed it on the spot! Good hard working honest people. I highly recommend you use them.
