The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

As always Bud came and saved the day by fixing our AC unit. Great friendly service!

Despite a time mix-up (we were told we’d be first, and were leaving in the afternoon for a vacation), I was very pleased with the tech and his work. Our AC drain was clogged (turned out the landscaping service had buried it!), and we called Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing. We were advised in advance that Lonny would be our tech, along with his pic. Nice touch. Lonny A knew his “stuff”, and was able to turn a highly stressful situation into a successful one. This included the bill, which would’ve broken us were it not for the payment options Lonny’s company offers (and that he was able to explain in clear and basic terms). He worked very quickly, neatly, and efficiently. Thank you for having people like Lonny; people who know their subject and are excellent communicators.

Things always seem to fall apart at my elderly father's house between my visits and this time was no exception over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2019. A new leak had sprung up under the kitchen sink and father's efforts to fix only made things worse. I called Romo based on his proximity and ratings - he did not disappoint. Though he was swamped over the holiday, he got someone out within two days (given the non emergency nature of things). In addition to the leak, his team took care of a long laundry list of related needs - a second leak in the guestroom bathroom, changing of outdoor spigots and washer connections, and replacement of piping that had been in place since the house was built in 1969. Romo was VERY responsive, honest in his assessment that needed to be done and he even installed a super high quality filter at no additional cost. I have him on speed dial for the inevitable next time his services will be required.

They did take care of the job that I paid for but unless you have a lot of money that you want to spend on something this is not the place to go. I just needed an element replaced in my water heater which is a simple procedure and it cost me $225.

Very professional. Paul stayed with the issue until corrected. Even ID’d replacement parts that were defective and got them replaced i now use them for all AC and electrical and recomend them.

My sister and I was very satisfied with the work of Garrett Plumbing. I have to mention that they were late big time on appointment.
Had they been on time I'd give the 5 star. The serviceman was phenomenal. He explained every step on solving the problem and completed it in a timely manner. Problem exsist again, we'll ask for him next time.

We needed to have a water heater replaced after our propane heater became defective. After summoning for their services, Jim and his son arrived within a short span of time, quoted us, and had the job done within 24 hours at a reasonable price. I received quotes from 3 different service companies, and decided to go with Jim’s.
They clearly exhibited their expertise, and made sure to break things down in terms that were understandable. They maintained a professional demeanor in my home, and around my family which is always appreciated- especially considering the crude behaviors that have come through my home with other companies in the past.
Not these guys though. Diligent, prompt, responsive, fairly priced, and honest workers. Support family and locally owned business!
