Best Plumbing System Maintenance in Saint Petersburg FL

Slaughter was recommended to me by two different people, so I decided to call them when our garbage disposal started leaking under the kitchen sink. My husband is out-of-town on business, so I was a little leery of having a repair person come to the house, for fear they'd assume I was clueless and try to take advantage of me. Quite the contrary!

Nate came to the house and was prompt, courteous, professional and did a thorough job. He showed the utmost integrity, explained to me all that he repaired and was truly there to help me out, NOT to make a quick buck or upsell me. I'm extremely pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone!

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I had just moved into a new condo and discovered that the water heater was leaking. It had been installed in Aprilof ‘22 so I believed it to be under warranty. About 10:30am or so I spoke to Lessie when I called and she was great from start to finish - she worked over and above the call of duty to make sure I got a technician (plumber) out same day. I then received a call from JP (Jaziel) at 12:15pm stating he was on the way to the Condo! JP was professional and patient as he/we worked to find the leak. Sure enough it was the water heater that had been installed in April. Once the problem was diagnosed, JP worked quickly and efficiently to determine the leaking unit was under warranty, that the warehouse has a replacement unit, and by 4:30 pm the old unit was gone, new one installed and all was well. I called midway services tonight sometime around 220 am and was told that a technician would call me within 30 minutes to let me know he was on his way. Up front for an emergency call out, you're on the hook for 99 dollars. An hour later I called back, at which time the operator had the tech call me. A half hour later, he showed up and was a nice enough guy.By the time the guy showed up, I had disassembled my air conditioner housing and had done all of his troubleshooting for him. The capacitor was bad, and I had informed the operator of that when I had called a half hour earlier. The tech verified that I was correct, the capacitor was indeed bad. The tech then informs me that it will cost $404 dollars to install a new capacitor. So here's the rub, you can buy a new capacitor for less than 20 bucks. I did all the work and the troubleshooting and they basically wanted to charge me over $500 to install a 20 dollar part.Completely unreasonable cost. I get that they're running a business. But nope.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

They were fast, friendly, and knew how to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Was an emergency fix but felt they were more than fair and reasonable! Thumbs up!

I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

The tech. Is very nice. The only thing is the appointment is yesterday and we waiting and waiting and after they call us to reschedule for today.

Absolutely the best plumbing company I've ever used! Would recommend to anyone.
