I had the city knock on my door to tell me I probably had a leak. I checked everything that could possibly be the issue and found nothing. I called
I find leaks and they scheduled an appointment the following business day. They were here early and called prior to be sure I was home. Sonny checked everywhere until he found the leak at the street next to the city shut off. They were honest, upfront and charge a flat rate. They dug up the hole so the leak was exposed and easy for the plumber to fix. Hopefully I never have another leak, but if I do, I will definitely call them again. Five stars!

For over 7 years, I have been battling the same plumbing issues. I have had at least 6 other companies out to survey my land and 2 city supervisor crews also.... None of whom could find my Clean out valve to help eleviate my problem. I came across Advanced plumbing by referral from a client. The owner Margaret was very nice and her office staff was efficient and made sure to get my problem handled as soon as possible.

When the plumber came out, I explained the issue I had been having & he Immediately suggested that I allow him to create a cleanout valve for me! He was Fast, professional and courteous! The pricing was very reasonable considering I have to pay over $200+ every 6 months to have my line snaked from the roof Only.

I WILL BE REFERRING THEM FROM NOW ON TO FRIENDS & FAMILY!

BUYER BEWARE: I had used them once about a couple of years ago, and from what I recall there were no issues. I called them again just recently about a leak. They gave me a fixed time (not a range), but showed up 2 hours later, and that after I called them. After about 5 minutes, he told me it would cost $415 to fix. I thanked and told him I would think about it and call them back (and paid him the $79 for the service call). He was not at all happy and became rude, pushy and sarcastic, saying things like if I did not fix right away it would cost me a lot more, etc. I was getting quite uncomfortable, and just wanted him to leave, which is what I ended up asking him to do.

I had the leak fixed by another plumbing company that weekend for $105!

These guys are like the service provider nightmare that you are afraid of. They feel you have no alternative, and try to just get as much as they can from you.

We had an emergency flood situation late on a Friday evening. Josh came out and assessed the problem and gave us options for repair. He was very helpful...walked us through the process. A bit expensive (unless we bought a membership which we weren’t interested in)

We had an emergency plumbing situation and they were able to have a service team out within an hour! Zach and Joey were very professional, thorough and courteous throughout the entire service call! Zach communicated with professionalism, got the job done quickly and took the time to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. I highly recommend Romo! Ask for Zach and Joey! :)

In these trying times it's hard to find good quality plumbers or any other profession. We lucked out!!!!. We live in an RV full time and had a leak under the sink and also in the Hepvo Sanitary Waste Valve that needed to replaced. When we started to call plumbers everyone wanted over $`175.00 an hour on up and a trip charge. Charles called me right back in a timely manner and also got us on his book first thing Monday morning. We are here on the military base for work, temp and got him in with a Visitors Pass. He replaced the parts we needed and made new ones as the old parts were worn out. So professional and knowledgeable wish more people were like him and took care of others, including our military folks. If you need a great plumber this is the man and company for you. Ture to all the 5 star reviews are all real!!! Many thanks to you Charles for the help we so desperately needed. Your prices are fair and reasonable for the job.

At first I thought the service was great but when I looked closer at the job I was disappointed. First, I found that the cost was too high but that is my bad. Then I thought they would clean the registers better. Also, I felt that their clean up was not good. I gave the two employees a tip which I am regretting. 3 stars is generous.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

Speedy and reliable service at decent prices, what's not to love?!

I am a 70 year old, retired government worker, with atrial fibrillation. I called Cass Plumbing the week of 8/7/2023 to schedule a faulty tub overflow repair. after missed appointments, numerous call backs, and rescheduled visits, a plumber “Tony” finally showed up last Thursday, but stated he did not have a plumbing tool (???.) and a “part.” So, the repair was not done. After several more days of calls and rescheduled service appointments for 8/24/2023, the plumber stated he would be at my location to effect the fix. The plumber called again and said that he would be there today at Noon. Then at 12:30. No show. More calls. At 1:30PM…”I’m five minutes away.” No show. at 2:15PM: “My GPS says I’m 9 minutes away…” at 3:30PM, still no show. Finally, plumber arrives at 4:40PM. Another Plumber (“Tony”) said: “The needed part cost $375.00, but I will discount it $75.00. I checked with an online plumbing supplier and the entire plumbing assembly to repair the leak, including overflow valve, costs $22.99. I am thoroughly upset. I have wasted days with this very unreliable company that obviously isn’t concerned with their customers’ time and patience, and with questionable pricing practices.
