I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I want to thank him for checking everything and left nothing unturned. Happy I choose this company and will choose Austin again

Called them @ 10 PM on a Sunday night with emergency plumbing leak. They were out within the hour, fixed leak, and price was reasonable.

It's unfortunate that I cannot leave less then one star. My toilet was backing up, and toilet water was filling up into my tub. A man came out and snaked the the main drain. He charged me $208. A week later the toilet and tub started bubbling up again. I called them back out a second time. The man said that nothing appeared to be wrong, that pressure may have built up and then subsided but charged me $50.00 for the 15 minutes of his time just the same. Tonight at 3 am the bath tub started bubbling up and the toilet over flowed with sewage water all over the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. I called slaughter who advertises 24 hour service. When the plumber called me back and asked me what was going on he cut me off, and said, yeah, yeah do you want me to come out there or not? I said you asked me what was happening I'm just trying to tell you. He said you called me at 3 am do you want me out there or not? I said no thank you and called someone else. In the grand scheme of things $250 is not a whole lot of money, but when you paid it for nothing its a lot. When you called them out twice willing to pay whatever you needed to to make sure nasty toilet water wouldn't be backing up into your home in the middle of the night $250 is an awful lot. It's surely an awful lot for someone who advertises 24 hour service to be rude to you when you are in a panic because raw sewage is backing up into your home where you, your kids, and pets live when you have already called them out twice during perfectly reasonable hours of the day to FIX the problem.

Christopher Munix was at my home today, July 20, 2023. A very nice guy. Very professional. He used a shop vac for my drain line and used evaporated coil spray. He answered all my questions about my thermostat settings and about my A/C. Thank you FAST.

Jeremy, Dillon and Rob, were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond our expectations. .. no kidding those 3 guys worked non stop from morning to evening and they made sure we were very satisfied . I called midway services and was told by Dave that there people were better than many others. I gave him a check for half down 2900 to redo both bathrooms and to do drywall work on living room and daughters room. They came out and ripped the toilets out. I was told it I would be without toilets for 2 days. I had a hotel room reserved for 5 days which was the total time I was guaranteed the project would take. The tiler came in to tile which took 2 days. I have a real small bathroom?? Next the plumber was supposed to be there at 8 a.m shows up at 2p.m.??? He is there an hour and says he needs a part that he does not have. I ask him if he is going to get it and he says he has to go he is having work done on his house and he has to avoid traffic??? Next day the tiler comes and says he is doing plumbing. He said he knows nothing about plumbing. He calls Dave who was trying to explain this over the phone??? He could not figure it out and he left. The drywallers who where there did not have all there drywall dropped off as they said Dave was supposed to do it. No baseboards for a week and the drywallers were gone already. My bathroom has no baseboards still 9 months later. The last plumber told Dave on the phone I think they might sue us for breach of contract. Tried to call Dave for days and went to voicemail. One of his guys called and he picked it up right away?? Worst company ever!!!!! I am down 2900 dollars and my bathrooms are not finished. On day 18 Dave shows up for the last half of the project and I said it’s not even halfway done. He acted surprised and I told him to get out. I would expect a refund for my 2900 dollars!!!!! If this company were smart they would fire Dave. I was guaranteed 7 days of work and 18 days later not even close. If this is not resolved soon I will go to the BBB the attorney general Pam Bondi and social media as well as new stations who can help with this. I have been real sick ever since the work was done here. I spent 700 additional dollars for a hotel to house my kids,grandkids, and pets. My wife was out of town for two weeks and just cried. Owner of midway I as well as others are waiting for your response immediately on this website. Supposed to be a family business so be one and take care of your customer

We hired Plumb Crazy Plumbers for a very big master bath job basically starting from scratch, which included rerouting a toilet line, installing a sink, new lines and plumbing for a freestanding tub, and running new drains and lines for a washer/dryer combo. They were priced right, showed up and were friendly. Would recommend!

Update 7/01/22 - purchased AC and warranty from AC performance air. In the warranty it stipulates that if unit cannot be fixed it will be reimbursed. We have had 3 months with no AC. Thanks Performace AC for your absolute inability to keep us updated or work with us during the summer. We get that you cannot fix it but atleast keep us updated on when these magic parts will arrive. You installed the unit. You sold us the extended parts and labor warranty. You need to own it.04/11/22 : recently we have had our concerns with Performance A/C and this week we were let down once again. Unfortunately they were unable to diagnose the board problem for over 2 weeks and now the board is completely not working and AC isn’t working. They then proceeded to tell us that the warranty covers the part but they cannot get the part for weeks. The warranty mentions that inability to get the part timely would allow us to get the price back for the AC we bought from them a couple years ago plus the warranty cost. This AC has had a major problem yearly and glad we had the warranty because if not we would have been out 14k+ in just parts. Unfortunately their inability to get the part timely could turn this into a potential legal issue if it doesn’t get fixed timely. We asked the Service manager to contact us but still have not received a response from him. While we understand this is the busy time of the year we will still would like to be contacted. Offering a response on here that you don’t know who we are is rather silly. You know who we are and I suggest you actually call us as we requested

Would definitely use again. Louis and Benjamin were both very helpful and thorough. Called for a flood in the bathroom but didn’t know where it was coming from and every step they explained what they were going to do and what they were going to look for to tell if something wasn’t right. Louis even went to check our water softener because he felt the regeneration time was taking too long

Mike was very professional and timely. His work was excellent quality and he went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Called on a Saturday and they were here within a couple hours. Dan was great came up with a solution to my leaking old copper pipes that didn't entail putting a large hole in the front of my house, that I later had to repair. He ran a new drain with minor drywall repair. Very happy with the level of service provided.

I have never ever had such a rude salesperson. I am In my late 60’s. I went there to purchase a few shower drain parts. The sales person told me that I was no plumber and that he would not help me resolve my minor problem. He told me that they are plumbers and they do that kind of work. Their website and advertising state that they sell plumbing supplies, I think they sell service and give away free rudeness. I went to Lowe’s and there I found sales people that were knowledgeable and polite. Three years ago I remodeled our kitchen purchasing high end products from McGills you can bet that I will never darken their doors again.
