I had an emergency with my water heater, one of the hoses sprang a leak at around 9:00 PM 12/27/16. The turn off valve was stripped and not working, and I could not find the main shut off outside. I called Slaughter and the technician promised to come out within an hour. He arrived sooner than expected and immediately begin to work on the problem. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He removed the old flexible hoses and used copper to replace them. I would definitely recommend Slaughter, and the cost was reasonable too, considering the late hour.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Called them for 2 leaky faucets in January '23. They quoted me $350. Thought that was high and so I called my dad. He came over and put in two 5 cent washers (one in each sink) which took 20 minutes. That 100% fixed it. So they were incompetent or trying to swindle me - not sure which one.

They are not going to be the cheapest out there but you don't want the cheapest believe me. I had 3 other service companies come to repair my washing machine. one of them said that my fixtures are bad and I will have a flood if I don't change them, and that the water pressure is weak.
Then I Called Mcgill, They sent Chip and he was Great. He found out that the water was turned off, possibly by the other service people. He suggested to change the hoses (which we did) with better quality stainless steel, He assured me that the fixture are perfectly fine. Thank you so much Chip. I will be calling Mcgill first from now on.

I called Holder Plumbing on a Friday afternoon because both of our toilets weren't flushing. Dalton promptly returned my phone call and said he would send his guys over. James and Mick arrived quickly and were very efficient in clearing our sewer line. They talked with us about how to avoid problems in the future with the cast iron pipes.
