Best Piping Leak in Saint Petersburg FL

I flush my toilet and find out the drain is clogged. Both my bathrooms are now disabled and it's 4PM SUNDAY......fantastic!!!

I hit up google to find an emergency service. First company says next day, second company doesn't answer the phone, third company is Slaughter. I happened to get lucky with my timing so their guy arrives in 10 minutes. The guy (Jeff) is friendly and energetic. Right away he's hustling and lugging heavy equipment around like a beast.

Cost was $250 and he finished in less than an hour. I have no clue if the price is competitive, but it was late on a Sunday and they got my house up and running again......money well spent. I'm new to Largo and this is the first time I've needed a plumber, they will be my first call the next time I need someone.

Josh was very nice and knowledgeable. They cleared the blockage and provided a free camera scope service. Josh was also able to answer my questions about other services I may be needing in future (water heater & softener to include expansion of current breaker box).My only negative is regarding dispatch. The number they called me from, and provided as a return callback number to schedule service, led straight to a voicemail only indicated as “Suzanne” with no company identification. I didn’t know if i was calling the right number as no one returned my calls and the last time I called them the voicemail was full.Otherwise, the technicians were fantastic.

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing. When completed cleaned up the entire area to where you can’t even tell they were here. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! You all are the best!

We called McGill Plumbing to have them come look at our water heater which was no longer producing hot water. Konstantin arrived exactly when they said he would. He immediately set to work on it, and I expected him to tell me that we would need to replace the unit. Within 30 minutes, he had replaced the bad parts, flushed the tank, and was refilling and testing it again! Very reasonably priced, and loved that he didnt just try to sell me a new Hot Water Heater!! Konstantin was prompt, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing! Would definitely call McGill Plumbing again!

These plumbers are the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with! So thankful my daughter and son-in-law told me to call them!! They also take care of my mom's plumbing needs and when they were at my home today, they asked about her!! They are so professional and have never upsold us. Quotes are honored. I have lived here for 36 years and wish I had the pleasure of having them since the beginning!
