Best Pipe Maintenance in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Coby WAS Wonderful, kind and professional, quickly came to the rescue on a Saturday we were very alarmed the upstairs bathroom pipe broke behind a wall flooding the downstairs. Able to calmly diagnose and repair the problem with minimal of fuss and mess. And cost was better than what I had feared. Definitely highly recommended.

Shaun S did an excellent job performing the 6 month maintenance/ tune-up on my home AC system. Shaun's friendly and extremely thorough service went above and beyond!

I contacted this company because I saw all the good reviews and I've experienced so many bad plumbers I thought I'd give them a try. I called them because my washer would leak water every time I would wash clothes. They sent Mike over to take a look and I asked him about maybe inserting a camera down the Pipe line to see what is the issue. Mike tells me that he doesn't believe doing that is necessary. He tells me what he can do is insert a cable since it could be backed up. He said to me that seems to resolve the issue most of the times. I told him ok lets do that then. Which by the way it costed me $225. I asked Mike about the warranty and he tells me I have a 30 day warranty on this work. He says,if not resolved call them back and he will insert the camera then down the Pipe line. Well here we are, not even a week later and issue remains. I called them again and they send Mike again. Mike, now tells me the last plumber we had did the plumbing incorrect around the washer and that is why it's leaking. Furthermore, he tells me since they did not do that work he can't guarantee that, but he can give me an estimate of how much he would charge me. Mike gave me an estimate of $417 to change one pipe. After I just paid you guys $225 now you are telling me I paid that money for nothing and you have the nerve to write me a quote of $417. It is really a bad business and I will not work with you guys again nor will I recommend anyone either.

Reply to Owner: Yes, my previous plumber did a poor job I am aware of it and so were you guys because I explained it all to you guys before agreeing on your services! Therefore, lets not just blame my previous plumber. Thank you though for you response.

We had to replace the drain on an older tub. Sounded like a simple job but it turned out to be a nightmare. David was incredible....determined to find a solution and he did. Fantastic jobI have used Midway for a new HVAC unit, electrical work to replace breakers, and now plumbing. We have had some scheduling glitches but the technicians that have come and the work they performed was excellent. Not the cheapest but the bestKen

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

Austin was so helpful and got to my house very quickly when I called for an appointment on a Friday night for a leak!

So thankful this is my neighboring business. Our spot free system pipe busted from the cold (or age) we had and Paul’s guys had us back in business thank you Plumbing by Paul!
