Best New Installation in Saint Petersburg FL

Just had a great experience with Tyler from iFindLeaks LLC. After doing a general inspection checking all toilets and faucet locations Tyler user gas pressure to locate a pvc leak between the meter shut off and the shutoff next to the house. Located a leak coming from some pvc elbows a foot from the house shutoff valve. Tyler was courteous and located the leak quickly. Great job, i will recommend this company and use in the future if needed.. Thanks, Vince

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

Charles answered the phone at 7:30 this morning. I explained I had a leaking faucet and couldn’t shut off the water. He was at my house by 9:00. The problem was bigger than he thought, but he held to his quote. 2.5 hours later no more leak, plus new stainless steel hoses. And he fixed our shower. And cut down two large screws holding in our toilet. Charles is solid. Five stars.

He is a very professional and caring young man and has again rendered us superb service. Excellent service, prompt, courteous. Heater died on the eve of the coldest day in 30 years. Midway installed a temporary fan motor to get us though until the correct part arrived. Price was reasonable as well.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

I was highly impressed with the entire staff. Starting with Donya in the office scheduling the appointment and getting all the proper information. To the gentleman who came out to assess the damage were very nice and well educated in the field. Very professional and the owner gave us opinions when we were feeling hopeless. Everyone on this team is very courteous and respectful of you and your home. We have been using this company for more than five years and always choose Cornerstone because they are trustworthy, responsive, accommodate emergencies ASAP and pricing is reasonable. I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

We've been customers of Performance Air for many years and were generally satisfied w/ their service. This past year they have not shown up when scheduled; our a/c always seems to have problems within a few months of their twice yearly service checkup; and the company's primary interest involves us buying a new unit. This Trane unit is less than 8 years old. We bought it from Performance Air and they maintain it via a contract. Trane itself says properly maintained units typically last much longer than 7 to 8 years.Bottom line, we're looking for another a/c company.HughesGulfport FL
